Lovely video mate with good pictures of the edge too. After a microscope here myself to check my videoes. Yours looks very good. The convexing when using hanging stropps also makes the edge stronger than a complete flatt edge. So it can resist micro chipping more.

I need to make some more strops as I don't want compound on any of the ones I've got at the moment I'm a big fan of convex edges on the whole one of my favourite knifes is a 10+ year old bark river. 👍

@Sustainashave i sharpen every knife by hand slightly convex also
