    I really appreciate your videos. I can relate to practically everything you discuss (social anxiety, fear of speaking, blushing, etc). They have helped me feel less alone in my own struggles. Hope you keep sharing!

    Your videos are really inspiring. I really hope you continue to make these. I think socially anxiety is a super long commitment to fix. With each victory there is a new lesson. I'm sure the more you work with these things the more the answers will come to you. Please keep making more videos. You are helping hundreds of people.

    Something I learned to do when I am feeling anxious is to breathe into my balls. You probably heard of people telling you to take deep breaths into your stomach. But instead try to take deep breaths into your balls. Trust me it works
