No proper investigation because he was protecting cops and friends. Everyone should have been investigated properly. Disgrace
Did you see that AJ filed a new motion today. The jury acquitted her on the first two charges. So if the jury acquitted her on the first charge they couldn’t look into the other two charges but the judge didn’t tell them that.
I am a retired State Trooper North Carolina 30 years working the road. He was suspended without pay. No FIRE HIM. If they fire him, Training and Standards will suspend his Law Enforcement Certification and he can never work in Law Enforcement again. So glad he was suspended without pay. They won't try this case again. He's the star witness. He is done and is a DISGRACE to every current and former law enforcement officer who has ever worn the uniform.
