Two FBI agents said that there is no way his injuries were caused by a car hitting him. Waste of tax payers money to retry the case when the officers didn’t follow rules of evidence, they inverted film of the car and the dog bites and marks are on his arm. They also didn’t investigate anything in the house to rule out that something happened inside.
I can't believe they are going to retry her. Come on FEDS its time to start prosecuting these corrupt cops for civil rights violations. He searched her phone without a warrant.
We The People are supposed to be the Federal Government. We need to have this seriously investigated. This has trial been a farce and We The People are paying for it. I’d think a thorough investigation by the Feds is justified as this would offset the costs of more corruption, conflict of interests and more money spent. There has been too much corruption and conflict of interest involved in this case. We need better accountability and we need to have the corruption and illegal actions by the police and others exposed and we want accountability and justice.
Ironically, C Albert killed someone in the 90s with an automobile. but that is OK. They will all rally around him.
And Paul O’Keefe was drunk and hit an old man and broke his pelvis. He received a DUI and Karen Read paid his bail because his family would not.

They mostly succeeded except for the yet unknown number of science-denying doofuses who thought she was guilty.

They better not giver her a retrial. the state is going to need that money to investigate all of the people Proctor put away. You know those people are wanting their cases reopened now

Karen read is innocent.
How is she innocent? She's the only suspect in this case. Throughout the trial no other suspects were named.
@@arthurau9231 so you are saying she is guilty because there no other suspects considered by the police? That’s completely illogical as it was suggested by the defense that the police were involved and the investigation was botched. Also, there were other suspects named throughout the trial - the others at the house. Our legal system says that one is innocent until proven guilty. It was not proven that she was guilty. So what does this say? Your comment shows why it is scary that one person on a jury can determine the fate of another’s life.
@@seventeenswordsmen It was not proven she was innocent either. Hung jury means a mistrial and a do over which Karen Reed will lose.

“Just” meaning 2.5 years ago? She was justified in grinning for having not been convicted of a crime she obviously didn’t commit.
