      Maybe, but consider this, a carpenter buys tools for $2400 and makes 64000$ a year from labor and the original investment of 2400$ how long till it reaches over 1400% return. To be more of a man he decides to work for himself and makes $2400000 in a year that's some odd 100,000% return I see both all the time, 1400% return is possible in real estate if you leverage and understand the process of making money from money.

He should’ve turned $11M into $170M annually, then do the same for $170M. That’s how returns work & thats why the claims are outrageous for a firm manager to say.

    This hits home because there was a similar man in Sacramento that convinced my dad to co-sign a bunch of properties. At this point and by himself, my dad had a successful construction business, an apartment complex, and three rental houses. He lost everything except his business once the 2008 bubble burst. My dad and a lot of other black men lost over 30 million dollars from scammers claiming to uplift the black community. Anyways, my dad never got his money back and the scammers are doing 20 years in prison now. I hate guys like these who only hurt people hoping to get a better life.
