    Hi 🙏🏻 I just performed the asana and drinking salty water as indicated on your website (I tried before with other recommendations and it did not work). THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏🏻🌸. It worked really well. I performed the asana and felt the need to go to the loo after finishing the sequences and drinking all glasses.
    I suffer from IBS and had constipation these last two days and it helped. Feeling relieved 😊.
    Will definitely do this again, at least every other month.

    I think in your 1st asan up ur arms take deep breath slowly go up rest there... slowly down... Makes you more healthy and it opens ur intestine pockets.
    2nd step thiriak thadasan if you keep the legs in 2feet distance it is very helpful for both bent , balance and benifit.

    Sir, muje 1 year phle covid ho geya tha,us ke bad mere ko acidity hone lgi, asa lgta hai mere gala main kuch atka c hai, digestion issues hai, kuj hajm nhi hota includes salad, mera weight 65kg se 55 kg km ho geya hai, mere ko constipation b hai, gym jata hun par koi muscle build nhi hota , hair b white ho rye Han, bhukh be nhi lgti,. Pls suggest me ....

    I want to know few details regarding the diet. This is my first time. So I would like to try Laghoo Shankhaprakshalan first. So accordingly,
    1. Is it kichdi as all 3 meals for that day?
    2. Can we add salt to the kichdi??
    3. From the day after the laghoo shankha prakshalana, shall we start our routine diet?
    4. I am a non vegetarian. When can I start eating non veg after this process?
    5. Shall we have dairy products like milk and curd from the next day of laghoo shankha prakshalana??

      The first meal.has to be khichdi
      You can put salt
      You can have non veg from.next day

    When I was taught this we stopped eating At 2pm & it was recommended only certain light food was allowed / milk / a apple least as one can
    Awaking in the morning with cleaning our body’s then drinking salted warm water then the specific assans and so on it’s not recommended people do this unless a teacher is present for the full effect to be obtained it’s great for our Health

    Do we have to perform this whole set of asanas 8 times after drinking each glass of warm salt water (250ml). For five litre of water, it would be 20 glass of water with this asana set performed 8 times. So, total 20×8=160 set 😲😲😲😲😲🤔🤔🤔

      You are talking about Shankhprakshalan so you will keep drinking and performing until you have crystal clear water fm anus. To be done until you reach there.
      For laghoo shankhprakshalan, only 6 glasses of water and 3 sets of performance

      @@ShammisYogalaya Hi Shammis, Its about ten years since I did it here in the Lake District and Himalaya. So i am doing the practice now :) Just drinking the salt water is not so pleasant but i enjoy the asana. And your beautiful video :)

      @@ShammisYogalaya So todays experience. Not easy but worthwhile. I managed 10 cups before i started to feel nausea drinking the salt water. However by then i was eliminating water so i stopped. Afterwards i felt very tired and very dehydrated. I drank some water and rested. After two hours i was recovered and i craved fruit. I ate fruit and drank a lot of water. Later in the evening i had the rice dish. A good experience overall. Despite vaseline a sore anus lol

      Ishwara Yoga it is draining and you do feel dehydrated
      also ideally the first thing to be eaten after this is khichdi with ghee
