The guys start work like 5am and finish 3pm. The accommodation provided is basic caravans and you pay rent. No food provided. I know this because I live in the UK and my nephew is on that program. Pls don’t make it sound like a professional job - it’s not. These jobs came up after Brexit because UK can no longer get cheap labour from Eastern Europe

Developed countries are very strategic. They cannot spend money on training to produce skills that they can get cheaply from poor countries.

Why aren't there more Kenyans coming to America to work?
