The signatories of those loans need to have their properties seized and auctioned off to payoff this debt. No way should a regular mwananchi be held responsible for a loan they never got to utilize.

Just wondering, has this judicial commission of enquiry been considered? If not, why??? We are in a critical moment as a nation of which this should be a priority at the least!
