Yes, the first time I found to increase the cortisol meal video👋
My blood pressure was too low after my only meal OMAD Searched tests done but have to come back toLondon so couldn't get my results. But while searching hope this helps, thank you🙏
But after 6 pm my blood pressure picks up high and had to use a blood pressure tablet. So why my levels are dropping after meal for couple hours no idea.
Thank you will read the other followers comments🌹
      Thank for the video😅

Thank you for this video. My daughter just for diagnosed with a type of brain cancer that's affecting her pituitary gland and now she's not producing enough cortisol. I would hate for her to live a lifestyle with pills. She's only 9 and going through so much 😔

Thanks so much for making this, so unbelievably helpful! I was eating in a low fat high carb way with chronic pain, high caloric deficit, exercising 3-6 hours a day and became very aneamic (lost 95 pounds in 8 months though, but yeah stupid) I’ve never understood just how important fat is. Definitely going to start incorporating more fatty fish! As even 4 months after the weight loss period I feel tired all day and all my muscles hurt even though I’ve stopped training. My doctor has been completely stumped - as every time he did something to help the muscles they’d not respond at all.
Thanks again, I’m going to try my hardest to fix this silly rut I’ve put myself in! Definitely subscribed

@@DeborahMaragopoulosFNP Its very interesting because yes I do have low cortisol but I my adrenal glands are still producing cortisol. However my body isn't using it as its favoring cortisone and as a result I am super tired come mid afternoon.

How long does it take to increase cortisol after following this diet? I need help with rheumatoid arthritis and widespread inflammation all over my body. I have been prescribed prednisolone for 4 weeks but I am afraid to take them incase the flare up’s become worse after the effects of prednisolone have left. I need a natural and lasting approach to treat this inflammation, please if you could offer me any advice that would be appreciated. Thanks

So if low active or free cortisol found is a saliva test, but hi end of in range of serum cortisol, why body not make more into active cortisol (same with thyroid), but notice cholesterol is going up and many hormones down so maybe is liver or adrenals needing more cofactors. Do eat protein and fats and greens (low oxalic acid greens). Have found if take a vitamin C (only take small amounts as body can oly use small amount at a time unless severly high histamine or septic), it made me shaky, so maybe related to cortisol. Also Holy basil does this, so can take in evening as test showed high at night with cortisol.

Good evening ma'am..My relative's cortisol level as of today is 0.53..
She has been suffering with low cortisol since 2 years..Her medications are going on..very recently her complexion is improving which earlier had become darker since last 8 to 12 months..
    Is Addison's disease curable?..
