Hey Marc! Chances are they didn’t know the bike came with them since the accessories shipped separately and arrived quite a bit later. They can confirm with their Piaggio sales rep that the items do in fact come with the scooter.
That unsightly leg shield steel bar is so badly designed and executed it's bordering on disturbing. Not sure who bought these in the end but they certainly won't be everyone's cup of tea.

Not sure we understand the question. The Vespa Primavera is offered in a 50cc or 150cc configuration in the US market.
In the video Katie says there only 150 in the USA so I was wondering if that’s 75 of 50 and 75 of 150
