Whenever I watch these Korean-style BBQs, I don't understand the need for presentation prior to cooking, when you will eventually cut the meat into small pieces with scissors. Seems like a waste of time.

If any of you do skin off the steak and try to say that is Brazilians you are not Brazilians. Why ?
