This place is one of the cleanest bbq joints I have seen, and I have seen a lot. The grill is not dripping with grease and grime and is well-maintained. The other pieces of equipment are also maintained and the operation itself is awesome. Some of these other bbq places should take heed and learn from these people and clean up their act.
I’m a Texan and let me tell you that these excellent people are producing authentic Texas barbecue. The chicken process took me fora loop. I’m definitely going to use that method of smoking then broiling the chicken…
that man is more cowboy than most cowboys. My stomach cried when I saw him just do the whole spare rib, brisket and all. The brisket portion of a spare is my favorite.
This guy had to have visited Texas to learn the craft. He’s spot on with so many legit techniques that we use here in the lone star state! Dudes doing it right..
You already did, you saw the video, these days you can watch almost anything without leaving your desk/living room/ wherever there is a screen. same thing save your money and buy a bigger tv/computer monitor.
Awesome thing to see Texas BBQ in Korea. 1 thing this place could do to save itself a lot in food costs would be to stop using Mustard as a slather. You don't need it and it's a waste of money to use it that way. All you need to slather your meat is warm water.
Using mustard is working for them because people keep coming and looks like it's full all the time. Everybody have their own recipe for BBQ and for them, the mustard coating for their products must be a hit with the customers. So, if that works for them, let them be. Besides, using plain water is too bland. Using mustard must put some zip, taste, and flavor in their meats.
Texas barbecue could learn a thing or 2 from this master of barbecue I wish I could go and learn and be a student of his amazing techniques what an awesome awesome job sir I commend you chef good job
It’s just yellow mustard. It’s used as a binder for the salt and pepper. And when the meat is done you can’t taste it one bit. I use all the time on my ribs and brisket.

You can learn from books and the internet. I'm from Texas and that's how I learned it.
Going a little ape shit with the mustard binder. Not necessary for Texas bbq
Great video...nice...team work....great seasoning......but how many trees you have been cut to dry...to produce fire to cook that...hmmm

may be that is their secret !
@@btlan6121 On meat only being smoked/cooked for 4 to 6 hours I would agree. But anything beyond that you will not see any difference. Try it.
@@arnoldhenry That's BS. It's a binder to hold spices and that's it. Totally unnecessary. Adds no "zip". The spice adds the "zip".
Came out a minute ago , and iam already starving 😭😂
General opinion : Everyone feels hungry after watching this video 😭😭😭♥️
