    Only 2?? Horrible to think about, but I’ll play along.
    S&w 27 with a 4 inch barrel in .38/.357
    S&w 629 with 6.5 inch barrel .44 mag
    It would be very difficult for me to part with my Blackhawk .44 special or my s&w 625 or SA 1911.

      @PearceBrothersGearGuide  5 месяцев назад

      Yes 2 is a very difficult choice haha. Good choices though! You can't go wrong with some good double action S&W's!

    Smith & Wesson 686 Plus 7 shot 357 magnum

    Mine would be my Ruger GP100 and a 1911 in .45acp. The revolver gives you a lot of options as far as 357/38 special. The 1911 because….AMERICA! Both easy to disassemble and maintain. I hand load so I prefer the Ruger due to strength of the GP 100

      I would make the same choices; my 1911 would be my Rock Island MS. The slightly shorter barrel makes it a little handier without losing too much on the sight radius or muzzle velocity.

    I would pick a Glock 19, S&W 686 plus and a Ruger single six in 22 magnum. I know that’s three, but I love the freedom to break the rules! 🤠

    HK P30L - 9mm and durability/reliability are off the charts
    Sig P230 - very small and concealable, good "last ditch" gun (although not a common caliber and sort of low capacity)

    • @PearceBrothersGearGuide
      @PearceBrothersGearGuide  5 месяцев назад +1

      The HK P30L is one of Joe's (and John Wicks) favorites, and always a good option!
      The 230 is almost like a James Bond style gun so you can't go wrong there! You can carry that thing anywhere (pocket, Holster, boot) which is a big plus!

    Sig P226 with conversion slide kit. Fires 9mm, 357 Sig, and 40 S&W. Colt Custom 1911 45ACP. I would be ill all the time because I only have two.

    I also have the black hawk convertible guns and love the extra cylinders for versatility.
    I do need a single six in my pile. Thanks guys.🇺🇲🔪🔥🌲

      The blackhawk is a great choice! We grew up using single sixes as our daily carries PM the ranch until we were old enough for bigger calibers. They are great guns!

    This question is one that gun guys like ponder! I have been a semi auto guy lately, but if I had to choose only two handguns I would ad a revolver to the mix and say a Freedom Arms 97 in 357 with a 5.5 inch barrel, an extra 9mm cylinder and set up to switch between iron sights and a good scope. The second would be a custom 2011 in 9mm like an Atlas or Nighthawk with a 4.25 inch barrel and a good red dot sight and back up irons.

    • @PearceBrothersGearGuide
      @PearceBrothersGearGuide  5 месяцев назад

      I like those choices. That would pretty much cover everything you need! The revolver would make a good outdoor gun and then you'd have the 2011 as a good carry option for home defense etc.

    If I could only have 2.
    My S&W 629 5" barrel, .44 magnum as my woods, hunting, and bullseye handgun. I don't have one, but I would go for the new P365 Fuse as my EDC and cheat by also having the smaller frame modules and slides, so 1 FCU gives me everything from a full-sized to micro-compact 9mm.
    Edit: And I would sorely miss not having a .22 LR handgun like my Rugers Sp101 or MKIII

    Just two picks is a tough one because like you said what is the scenario you need them for. So I have always been taught that a handgun is a tool used to get you to a rifle so it would never be my main hunting gun just a backup.
    With that said I would probably go with my Glock19 9mm and Beretta 92A1 9mm. I have lots of mags they are reliable and both shoot quite well.
    I do have a stainless Blackhawk with the 9mm/357 cylinders and that would be my 3rd choice and it almost beat out the Beretta but like you also said 9mm is easy to find and if I could not get 357/38 ammo the Blackhawk is a heavy 6 round 9mm to be carrying when the Beretta holds 17 to 30 for about the same weight.. Cant wait to see your choices for rifles.

    Terrible thought how about just narrowing to down to only 20. But number 1 would be a 4” GP 100 blued .357, no 2 would be a .22 auto loader probably a Ruger mkiv

    I'll do you one better and just pick my ruger blackhawk flattop 44 special and carry stuff to reload. Single action will deposit the empties right in the palm and easily slip them into the pocket. With the transfer bar you can carry 6 safely. They are infinitely reliable i have never heard of one not working. They are more accurate than I am. Lee makes light aluminum moulds, a portable press that works great. You only have to keep track of one type of powder can tumble lube the bullets in camp. With practice you can make hits just about as far as an open sighted rifle. This is definitely a hard thing to decide because of all the probabilities.

    • @PearceBrothersGearGuide

      Excellent choice and good points! Probably a good idea for everyone to get mobile reloading equipment. Hopefully we never have to choose just 2 but you never know!

    I'll use a P320 Compact, and the S&W Model 18
    Or The S&W Model 13 and the Browning Buckmark
    Or? I'll cheat with the 4"S&W 629 and the 10-22 TD
    Occasionally true that "if ya don't cheat, ya don't eat"...

      Such a tough decision, probably go with my 4”S&W, model 19, I’ve owned it since 1976. It still shoots as good as I can hold. The second would probably be my Ruger Blackhawk 45 Colt, I can shoot put put loads up to the big 300 grainers

    Love the 3 HE. That’s a horrible thought, but I don’t see myself without a 4” 657 and 625. 3 would be better so you could throw in an ugly 9mm.

      @@PearceBrothersGearGuide I actually prefer a 5” 625-3, but it’s a bit heavier than a 625-8 PC.

      @876mpr yes the 4" is a little more handy but the 5" gives you that extra barrel length for better accuracy. The 625 in general is a really handy gun, and it's chambered in the Lords Caliber haha

    This is a good one. Talk about fashion and personality coming into play. Cowboy hat denim jacket two Strum Ruger Blackhawks, Fedora a truly Classic S&W double action revolver with Browning H P. Followed by baseball cap wearing Brother picking a polymer 9MM and my favorite of all the 1911. Again a very good and enjoyable video.
