    I usually keep it at 10mm however the 15 looks great as you don't have to be too neat. Currently on 12 and just gonna keep trucking!

    Good strong trimmer! When I'm at 15mm or more, my trimmer has no issue with the sides but gets bogged down with the chin, which is four times denser! It's like trying to hack through thick garden weeds with an electric lawnmower!! 😂😂😂

    Buddy, I am thinking of buying this trimmer but I have a few questions in my mind if you can help me.
    1) In this video you used the small guard, and while using the small guard does trimmer feel smooth on the skin or does it pulls hair and is harsh for the skin?
    2) And when you use the trimmer without any guard, like at 0.4mm, is it smooth on skin or is it harsh on the skin by pulling hair or something?

      ok mate...
      1. this trimmer is the smoothest i have ever used. it doesn't pull hair it cuts easily but it clogs. You have to keep brushing the hair out of the guard or the cutting performance will go down (my hair is quite thick).
      2. The teeth on this trimmer are finer / small. It is smooth and you won't have any problems. i have never had any skin reddening or nicks from using this trimmer without the guard. But be aware go slow if using without a guard. Keep your skin pulled tight in the tricky spots (i wouldnt trim my dangle berries without a guard).
      Also if you watched the whole video you will notice i got the one with the extra guard. The basic one only comes with the 10mm (i think).
      Hope this helps mate, good luck and let us know how you like it after you buy one.

      @@Robroscob Thanks man, And the one(your trimmer) that you have, is it with stainless steel blades or titanium coated? In my region they give 2 options(stainless steel and titanium coated). Which one do you think should I go for? Do you think titanium coated could be in anyway more smoother or harsh on the skin? Or is it just for long life of the blades? And yes I will surely let you know how I like it after I buy it.

      i'm not sure about the titanium...mine is the normal kind. what exactly do you want the shaver for? short stubble?

      @@Robroscob I just crossed 20 and my beard grows about 8-9mm so I wanted to get a trimmer to check how different lengths look on me. So I am gonna check stubble, 2 mm, 3 mm and all the way to 10mm lengths. Anyway, thanks for you help and I am probably gonna get the one with stainless steel blade(normal one). Do you use any lubricant for the blades? If so, how often?

    • @Robroscob
      @Robroscob  3 года назад +2

      yes..i have the 'WAHL' hair clipper blade oil...put the oil on after you have used it and cleaned it...if you put it on before using it will likely clog the blades.
