  • What started as a Missing Person Search for Janet Walsh has now turned into a search for 3 Cold Cases, adding Bunnie Lee and Joann Angel to our search in Pittsburgh, PA who simply just vanished.
    Pittsburgh police said they have "exhausted all leads" and are asking for help to find 78-year-old Bunnie Lee, who was last seen at his home in East Liberty on the evening of Nov. 13.
    Police say Lee suffers from dementia and may be confused or disoriented.
    According to police, he may be driving a 2004 gray Mazda 626 with Pennsylvania license plate DHA-6337.
    Lee is described as black, bald, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 200 pounds.
    Joann Angel was last seen in Etna Borough, Pennsylvania on December 17, 2011. She may have been seen at a gas station in the North Versailles/North Huntington area on December 21.
    She has never been heard from again.
    The car Angel was driving, a navy blue 2006 Chrysler Sebring convertible with a black top and the Pennsylvania license plate number HMW 8034, is also missing. Few details are available in her case.
    Janet Walsh was last seen on January 19, 2020, driving her silver and black 2018 Chevrolet Trax with the PA license plate number KTW-6007. Janet nor her car have ever been located.
    Her husband took his own life just 60 days earlier...
    DID JANET DO THE SAME AND DRIVE INTO THE RIVER?

    This one hit home with me.. I lost my husband to cancer on May 10th 2022.. When I was 39, I became a widow after 23 years of marriage. I have our two kids who are 19 and 20 now.. And to be completely honest, there hasn't been a day that's gone by that I just want to end my pain and suffering.. I've tried several times. But I can't do that to my kids.. The pain NEVER goes away, NEVER gets better.. I have no friends or family around at all.. Just us three now.. To the families of all the victims, your in my prayers 🙏🙏🙏🙏

      I am a widow to. My husband had 4 kinds of cancer. I have suffered from depression for years and have thought about ending my misery. I don’t see any friends or family. No one visits . It’s lonely but I to, after see this, I couldn’t do that to my children even if they don’t want anything to do with me. I open my mouth and I say it like it is. Too honest and lots of people don’t like that. You stay strong, someone cares. I do❤

    I wish somehow no matter what happens that the show will go on. I’ve never even thought about watching a show like this one but ever since I watched the first episode I have been hooked. It wouldn’t matter if the name changes and it doesn’t have to be all of the same people but from the cameraman to the producers to the editors to the divers to the ones scanning for the cars most of the people need to be the same. All of them make this show stand out among all of the shows that are like it. All of you seem to love what you do and we love to watch you doing it. I can’t wait for a new episode to come out. So please figure out how to keep most of you together and as one of your many fans continue to do what you all do best.

      It costs too much, and gov't agencies never have enough money to hire people to go out and clean up rivers and ponds. The saddest part is that so many of the people who "enjoy" the great outdoors rarely bother to clean up after themselves,
      leaving uneaten food lying around for wild animals to eat, because they won't walk the 20 feet to the garbage can.....

    For heavens sake, why wouldn't Pittsburgh authorities not want to clean up this massive pollution dump and potential crime scene of insurance fraud, missing persons or even murder victims? I don't get it at all, but thanks again to all that came to help the AWP crew, the dedication to continue doing good is amazing! 👏

    • @naerbo19
      @naerbo19 Год назад +13

      Partly because some of the cars are really old and as such most if not all pollution from the old cars are in the river already. If say half of them are old or more than half, Pittsuburgh would have to use a large amount of resources on things that are to old to prosecute. As for the metals in the frames of the cars, it'll rust and break apart with time. As AWP have said, you can't pull them.
      And River Rescue or Police have other things to do in addition to this. And if there is no significant find if they actually searched it, it would set someones career back or possibly affect an election.
      There are other reasons too I'm sure, but these might be part of it. Not defending it, just understand the reasoning.

      From Pittsburgh. There is a ton of flooding in the city all the time. More than likely they just can't afford to pull them all out or be bothered to. It's very common here for stuff like this to happen, so they probably left it alone without second thought. We don't have the manpower for a lot of things, and not only that but if they have to shut down roads it would be horrendous. Not that I agree, but that is most likely what happened.

    • @tinarowland2938
      @tinarowland2938 Год назад +1

      Metal, oils, and other vehicle fluids are only a fragment of the toxicity. Those rivers are victim to so many other toxic chemicals dumped consistently. There are steel mills, power plants, and many other major industries adding to the hazards. Toxic wasteland at best. It would cost billions to clean those waters. So sad, and so many illnesses from what I blame is the pollution. I lived in the area for most of my life, moved to a cleaner better area, and couldn't be more grateful.

Question, why are the divers timed so cautiously? The amount of inhaling their tank air or keeping track of how much air they have left? On these really old vehicles, is it possible for human remains to still be there? Good luck on Day 6. Stay safe to all of the team.
