Our first focus is on Cheryl Denise Catrell, who disappeared on October 10, 2002. Cheryl was last seen driving her 1985 Delta 88 Royale. We've scoured locations where she might have traveled, using advanced sonar technology to search underwater. This sonar equipment helps us see beneath the surface, revealing cars and other objects that could be linked to her disappearance.
While investigating, we’re also looking for Terissa Wallace and Shekina Bernett, two friends missing since 2014. Their case is tricky because it might involve foul play, which we usually don’t handle. However, we can’t ignore any clues while we’re here. We’re particularly interested in a white 2009 Toyota Tercel associated with them, especially since part of a leg bone, possibly Shekina’s, was found near a dam.
We also focused on the case of a private investigator’s mother who went missing in 1987. The details are vague, but she might be connected to a blue car. Our sonar scans have picked up several vehicles that match the general description, and we've dived on these to gather more information.
Our search extended to Brian Graves, last seen traveling to Little Rock to visit his children around Thanksgiving, a time of joy that sadly turned sorrowful for his family. We’re looking for his 2002 Mercury Sable, and our sonar work has identified potential spots where his car could have ended up.
Brian Morris's 2003 Ford F-150 is also on our radar. With every submerged vehicle we find, whether stolen or abandoned, we check if it could be the one connected to his disappearance. Although we often find unrelated cars, each dive gives us crucial practice and fine-tunes our search techniques.
Throughout our search in Little Rock, we've used three types of sonar: side-scan, down-imaging, and Live imaging, which allow us to map the underwater world in detail. These tools show us not just the shape of submerged objects, but their composition and exact location, so we can decide where to dive.
We've uncovered several vehicles during our search. Each car we find and dive on is checked thoroughly to see if it could be the one linked to our cases. This process is painstaking and sometimes heartbreaking, but it's vital. With each car we rule out, we move closer to the truth.

I love to see revisiting of old cases, it makes me feel like it’s truly a genuine action to search for them, not just to get another name off the list.
I cry every time I watch these.
They are definitely determined to find answers for the families when they go back to an area they’ve already searched. I love when there’s closure.

As a diver born in Little Rock, thank you guys. I live on one of the lakes in the northern part of the state and do quite a bit of diving, but having grown up on and around that part of the river, i dont think id have the ballz to dive it. Way too much current, almost zero viz and alot of debris. Hats off to you guys.

It's a shame that people feel the need to question the techniques of the clearly professional approach all you various divers and the teams use to unselfishly search for missing people to give closer to families. What you do is a God given gift. A selfless act of generosity. I can only imagine the toll all these cases and back stories can take on emotions. Not only the teams, but your families as well. Agreed. And me too in the sense of watching since he was searching for cars to clean up and then for missing persons with cars after finding a car with a missing person in it.

Little Rock, AR had a major flood between May 26- June 4, 2019, which might have affected where any vehicles might be now. Just a thought since the ones you are looking for in the Arkansas River were all there before that time. The banks were way up, and the river was flowing really fast according to news reports. I hope you are lucky in your search and find at least some of these people. I know the families are ready to know where their loved ones have been all these years. Thanks for what you and your team do.

If you can't scan into shallow lake or river but have to make sure scan until clear make sure. Never know if car was under in shallow areas
Arkansas is in the Bible Belt. For a lot of people, the older mindset is that self-harm is "eternal damnation". So for those that may have been brought up that way, the mention of self-harm goes back to that mindset. Not heart set, but mindset. Ya'll stay safe, Arkansas is a beautiful state with so many beautiful people.

Talking about the big red signs under I-430 bridge? Those haven't always been there but the water is 2 feet deep close to the bridge from all the sand pushed up there over the decades. Not sure it's a legality issue as much as a save your boat and perhaps, life issue. People used to lose props and much more there all the time because you can't tell how shallow until you're on top of it (speaking from experience as a teen boater when I first made that mistake and in my 50's now). But they could probably still search it without legal ramifications. I went through there (idle speed) with motor raised several months ago and nobody did or said anything to me.

When searching around a bridge, you have to search on both sides of it because at any moment a car could have lost control and busted through the rails, and since probably like 20 years ago it would’ve most likely been fixed.

Having your son missing and speculations that he might have unalived himself and his family can in some families be an extremely heavy burden to carry. In some Christian communities you should not unalive yourself and those who do have no place in Heaven. So that might be why some families are offended by how you think. I come from a family where unaliving yourself was talked about, it was a stain on our family tree, so I can understand why people might feel the same.
However, no one her will judge or think ill or less of someone doing that. We are in 2024 and we know a lot more about mental health today than a decade ago. We all know that if someone takes their own life, it was because they saw only one way out, it was an attempt to stop the horrible suffering they were in. So we do not judge or look down upon anyone. We pray they might be found and that the families left behind find more peace.
There's a Bridge in Oklahoma that goes over the Arkansas River on I 40. No telling what you might find by the Bridge and headed toward the Lake. Flooding and Rivers tend to move things.

I spent many years working accidents as a firefighter and law enforcement near sheridan. Rural Grant and saline county have some creeks deep enough to submerge a vehicle. Most locals will take hwy 367 through the east end community depending on what part of little rock they are traveling to. Im willing to share my knowledge of the area if you ever return. God bless your team and prayers for Brian's family.

You all should scan the river from willow creek California to hoopa California so many have went missing on the stretch in the last 20 years it's located in Humboldt county California
There is a gator in that part of the river. There is actual sings posted saying to watch out for gators. So be careful, that gator has been known to attack people. I don’t know if it’s multiple gators or just one. Just be careful.
Must be lots of little rocks in Little Rock. And stuff.

I understand not being able to mark each vehicle. What about collecting the coordinates and notifying law enforcement that you found a vehicle so they can search and maybe recover it.

The first sonar image you investigated was not a bunch of logs. It was a 8 foot park bench. You can see the legs and the uneven planks with the spaces in between.

Hi Jared, I enjoyed watching this but I can’t get it out of my head that what might have been mistaken as a “Yaris” looked more like a “aS” at the end, which would be consistent with a “Corolla S”, and on that particular model there isn’t spacing, so it says “CorollaS”. I kept replaying the video to see if I could recognize a Yaris model but it really does look like a CorollaS. Anyways, I hope I’m wrong but I just thought I’d share my speculation. Also, the “CorollaS” model would be more consistent with a 2003-2008 model Corolla, and in the beginning you said it’s a 2009 Corolla missing, which has the Corolla symbol on the drivers side, vs. the passenger side that was shown in the video.
I have a feeling a case is going to be solved in an upcoming video connected with this adventure! 8 missing people is a lot to be looking for, but who is the most qualified to solve them? Jared and the AWP team!
The Springfield 3 have been missing since 1992.never been found. Wish the police or families would have your group check

Maybe one day they can have classes to teach last w enforcement and others way they are having such great success.
I live in LR and my family is from/lives in Sheridan. Sheridan is only about a 45min straight shot down the interstate from Little Rock. Just noting it's a pretty big difference from the first assumed 1hr 30min drive to/from since, that can possibly narrow down time, distance and the number of places available to stop along that route.

Little Rock is the Chicago of Arkansas. I do all I can to avoid it as an arkansan myself. Don’t go there at night especially not at night.

The area you can't go in is completely full of trees. It will take out the bottom of the boat. It's over by the old cook's landing. When they did the last dam update it just got filled in with all sorts of garbage.
