This only will ever become a problem - when we read scripture and the lords command that we are to “die to self “ .
Q- how can we die to that which we keeping seeking to improve ?
Surely we are putting make-up & perfume on a corpse …sure it holds for a while - but the end state is worse than before we tried to improve .
      We don’t need improving .
We need to be transformed .
      Jesus is the way
      The truth
      And the life .

the thing that makes your videos so well is how you're able to admit your faults, it brings you down to earth and makes you feel a lot more human. When it comes to reaching my goals, you've inspired me to maintain discipline. I personally haven't tried to seek out any trick to it, in regard to it I really just power through it. When I see something, I need or want to do, something that will propel me toward my goal I force myself into it, until my body and mind adapt to it.

Since not everyone is the same, here is 2 things i would like to add that might rly help u guys aswell.
Making an image of yourself as being someone you want to be actually helps a lot, not just telling yourself "im disciplined, im a winner, im strong" but actually believing it and working towards it will easily make you actually be that.
And the 2nd thing is, writing daily tasks can really help, ACTUALLY writing it, not typing on ur phone, start with easier and fewer tasks, and overtime work on increasing dificulty, quantity and time depending on the task.
Keep the tasks as visible as possible and easy to access or write things down, could be a white board, a notebook, a boogie board, whatever is easier to keep in your sights often and write things down easily without a hasle
Writing things down greatly helped me since i feel like i HAVE to do it... There just is no way around it, its an obligation its not that i believe that to be the case i FEEL it, i kinda feel like i cant fail my streak after i start even 1 task 😅, then its a snowball and i go into "oh there is just 2 of 3 left might aswell finish them" and in no time its all done.
