I put JR pure salmon pate in my 12 month Cockerpoo ‘s Kong and he also likes the JR pure chicken and salmon sticks and the trainning treats . And his main food is Orijen dog kibble so I make sure that the treats he as are as good as his main food And I clean his teeth every other day . And he also enjoys the yaka chew I don’t give him any rubbish
Made the mistake of buying the Kong Cheese Spray as it was on sale, as a super rare treat for my dog and my housemates dog....None of the dogs liked it and I could not get that stuff out of the Kongs. Literally tried a tooth brush, soaking them in hot water, boiling them and putting them in the washing machine....had to throw the Kongs out in the end becuase they were just moldy. That stuff is just horrible; when you try to clean it out, it just smears around and sticks to everything. It went in the bin. Never again. I now only use freeze-dried raw or Orijen as treats in Kongs, or Kong Wobbler. Tried Peanut Butter and on rare occasions; Squeezy Cheese, but he's really not that into licking out a Kong....And usually he likes to do it in my bed. :(
