I also started doing 250pushups 5sets of 15 rep explosive squad and some other stuff. Im glad i dont need a gym membership (yet) cause I can build up many muscle with bodyweight and im really interrested in calisthenics. Thx u man

Moreover, I suffered a lot of bullying because of it at school(it started falling when I was still 15). Hence, thanks for the encouragement and helpful information on the procedure. I did it yesterday so I am taking a break from the gym dor at least a month, it will be hard but I'll survive. Let's get this glow up!!

Most bodyweight squats 100, 6 pullups, 40 pushups, I got to the point I could do 30 min of cardio; maybe an hour at one point (15 years ago, I forget.) Never tried that run, running on soft earth would be fine; but running on pavement will lead to arthritis.

Workouts are debatable for a 7-day glowup, I'd disagree with the idea. You just won't build any significant muscle over such a short timespan. If you do wanna do what you can, it's better to focus on getting a proper pump for the occasion specifically.
How to become disciplined. 1. Properly groom your hair instead of messing it up. 2. Get an aesthetic physic. 3. Get a proper cut for the beard, too. 4. Wear darker clothes. 5. Wear slim T-shirts or a shirt and wear trousers or jeans or cargo. (Wear an overcoat, especially in beige, black, or brown color) 6. Don't jerk off. 7. Maintain proper hygiene. 8. Greet a person formally. 9. Let others talk first while in a conversation. 10. Become punctual. 11. Be emotionally stable. Do not let your past's mistakes haunt you, not to become overjoyed if a girl talks to you. 12. Have a smile, be respectful, not arrogant, or ignorant. 13. Don't use explicit words. 14. Don't get a girl but instead look for a well matured woman. It is cringe seeing a bunch of people having messy hair. But they like it, so whatever.
