nice love the video! I am just starting back up to finish my PPL. I had some issues with getting a DPE, so I sadly put it all down, life got in the way, and let my written expire. Hope I can get it finished in the next few months.
Congrats on starting back up!!! Yes I waited months, and actually my checkride in March got canceled I was about to quit and hang it up. I and my instructor got me a checkride due to a cancellation. I can 100% relate to what you went through! Stick with it through the highs and the lows, I promise the experiences that you, your friends and finally will have are priceless. I kid you not flying is all I think about hahaha
Been into aviation and simulators my whole life, but only recently found the motivation to change my routine enough to get into flight school, but so glad i did. Love hearing pilot stories, TY for your story and videos!
Congrats, I’m glad you are starting flight training. Flight sim is tons of fun, definitely a unique experience, but the real thing is one of the most incredible feeling ever. Thank you for your support, there will be more pilot stories and lessons to share!
Thank you for the support, I think the world of aviation is amazing, the people, the places, the airplanes, and of course the amazing experiences. I can’t wait to share the stories of more pilots, so that we can learn, be inspired and laugh!
@@petesilvestri 100% if you have the time, flexibility and budget man go for it! I got really frustrated and almost gave up, but I was really enjoying flying and passionate about the adventures I’d be able to go on with friend and family, and my instructor got me a last minute checkride due to a cancelation
Hey Congradulation on your big dream getting your PPL, well im in the process of trying to get mine. How long did it take you to get it, beside waiting on your Check ride.
Thank you, it was quite a process. I struggled with landing for a long time so all in all it took me about a year and a half. The time it takes you doesn’t matter, what matter is that you finish, a larger percent I think the FAA estimates that more than 60% of people who start flight training never get their PPL. Stay focused, study hard, and make sure you have fun!!!
