I have one question! please help would be much appreciated.
for the same company, I worked for title A for 4 months and then I got transferred to Title B, I worked for title be 15 months. but my HR manager did not write any duties for title A since I worked only for 4 months. and he wrote all duties and responsibilities for title B since I have worked for title B for 15 months. would be any problem if I dont write any duties and responsibilities for title A since I worked only for 4 months but they have written job title and duration of title A. or can I skip 4 month work experience when fill up details in express entry profile? can I just mention The work experience period of my 15 months while providing details of foreign work experience? proof salary- I have 1)pay stubs 2) bank statements 3) passbook of salary 4) IT return.

I worked for 3 years for an IT company but it was a CASH job so could you please tell me what should i do as I’m unable to provide the paystubs but I’ve Experience letter, relieving letter and offer letter.
So my question is - Is it mandatory to provide the paystubs ?

1.) Since last year 2020 during pandemic up to present I manage our small family business and it's a single proprietor under my brother's name. The line of business is export. Can I use this to claim for my NOC as a proof of experience?
2.) For some of my past employments from different companies, they only provide me a certificate of employment stating my position, salary, period of work experience but not stated my duties and responsibilities. I tried to email my ex companies to request for work experience but no reply. Can I support my email that I really sent email to them but I never get any response? Can I also use as supporting those mandatory Government contribution deducted from my salary as a proof that I work from that company?
3.) Should I still include on my CV those work experiences eventhough I didn't claim point for that particular period and no reference letter as well?

Current employers - 7 Years & I have the letter as per IRCC requirements - (PNP claim points max for 5 years)
2nd Employer - Have Letter of Reference & experience - but without job duties. All other details are well mentioned as per IRCC.

I do have a question, and I'd really appreciate if you could respond. My previous company was dissolved and has been purchased by different management. They cannot prepare an experience letter as they do not have any record of my employment. I am in contact with my ex-managers and they are willing to provide me with an experience letter, however, they have moved to other companies. So, would getting an experience letter from them now work even if they are no longer working with the Original company?

The Company I had Worked for is closed and it is no more operational. I do not how to get the reference letter in the company letterhead. Please help me to understand if the below works:
1)Incase if I get a reference letter from the old MD (who is currently working in some other company), will that help in any way?
2)Should I get it in an email or written by him in his own handwriting in a paper?
3)Should I get this written in an A4 paper with a signature or in a notarized paper?

Actually i have received LAA at that time NOC was 4031 but we didn’t knew that B.Ed degree is necessary for that now we are going to change are NOC to 4214 we have all supportive documents. We are going to explain this in LOE. My only question is. Is it possible to change NOC after LAA?

I got nomination from SINP and now I am waiting for EE ITA in next draw. So in EE documents, do I need to get fresh current reference for employment again or the old reference letters taken for SINP before one year (One year old date in letters) will suffice the requirement?
Shall i wait for ITA to take appointment for medical and PCC? or I should wait till i get ITA?

What if i am paid my salary in cash?and my reference letter also clearly mentions that do i mandatorily need salary sheets to prove that i was paid? And also what if my employer doesnot have facilitated that option, should i ask my employer to print that on the letter head and include the salary i was paid and sign and stamp it. Would it work?

I have a few concerns regarding getting the Reference Letter for my previous experience as I have already spoken to the respective HR and they have refused but have not shared the same over phone.
In my current company, I have worked for more than 3 years is giving me the required score of 460 points. So please guide how should I proceed further.
Option 1) If I only declare my Current experience of 3 years since I can arrange the experience certificate. BUT WOULD IT AFFECT MY JOB SEARCH IN CANADA AS RECRUITERS MIGHT REFUSE TO CONSIDER MY PAST EXPERIENCE.
Option 2) I share an affidavit on a stamp paper for all 3 jobs. But this is very difficult and time consuming.

My 1st question:
In my 1st and 2nd job (Both are MNCs) (my Job position mentioned Ässociate, Q-center”( EXL) and Senior Associate (Xerox). In both companies I was working as Accounts payable executive. In the job offers also job description is not given. In this situation how I can prove my work experience in accounting?
My 2nd question:
When I joined in 1st company (EXL), it was Outsourcepartners International Private limited and later EXL has taken over this company. I received offer letter from Outsourcepartners International Private limited and received relieving letter from EXL, but Outsourcepartners name also mentioned in the down of the page

I reached out to my company I left in 2014 . They provided me a jd which is not that workable I think . So I spoke to my x colleague unfortunately who left the company . Even though he agreed to provide me a reference letter . Pls suggest me how does that work ? Does he send me an email stating and I print that out and notarize or in a plain paper and get it notarized ?

I am trying for Canadian PR immigration, have completed WASE program with Wipro in which my designation was Student- Computer Application. But we used to work 5 days a week in projects (As mentioned in offer letter it's kind of training provided to us) and used to attend classes once a week, it's basically a work Integrated program in which Wipro provided us Stipend for all 4 years and full fledged real-time project experience. After successful completion of this program, we were converted to Full time employees with a designation of Senior Software Engineer. It's been almost 1.5 years now after WASE completion and I am trying for Canadian PR.
My question here is Will this 4 years real time project experience will be counted as a experience during this PR process or not.

So does the employer has actually write, for example, job title - Accountant, NOC 1111. Or just mention job title? Would be great if you could do a video on proving work experience from a partner's company who is applying under same application. If a partner writers a rerence letter, and you add tax info, bank statements, do you need to add anything else to avoid conflict of interest? THANKS

I have one doubt regarding reference letter, I got my reference from my previous company but I found that there no gap between few words. Example- "she has been employedat at our organization asa" , "her primaryroles were" . You can there is no space between few words. Would it make any problem? I am really worried about it. Kindly suggest me.
Do "ALL" documents like employment letter, PCC , etc need to be certified as a true copy by a notary or an authorized person for an online application? OR can you simply upload a scan of all your original documents?

Thanks Kubeir sir. I just have one question here. I'm pretty sure the HR dept. of my company would not issue me such a letter. I also do not even have permission to contact the HR dept.
However, my immediate supervisor would give me the letter.
So what if ircc calls my company later to verify that i work there and the HR dept. tells them that they do not give out employee information.

I am doing temporary Full time NoC B position and planing for express entry CIC
My concern is I have 2 contract job offers same position
as I’m not permanent employee in company
1st contract - 22 January, 2019 to July 19, 2019
2nd contract - 22 July, 2019 to 17 January, 2020
When I mention these start date and end date on reference letter it will not make a year ( few days short and not continuous)
But I’m working full time 37.5 with 18% lieu of benefits
Will that experience period be a problem or should i highlight this point on LOE ?

I am the director of a pvt. ltd. company with 2 other directors. My company provides photography/video services for events and weddings. Registered company address is the same as our residential address but is a separate room in the building. My wife was working in the company as marketing manager for 2 years which involved being in the office from 10-6 mon-sat and interacting with walk-in clients, taking calls, handling bookings and schedules, social media promotions and management etc. She was getting salary in cash and amount being 20000 which is just below minimum tax slab hence no taxes filed. She is the primary applicant and will be claiming 2 years of that work experience. before this she was working in another company with different noc for 1.5 yrs which will be her primary noc. My questions are : 1. Will having same residential and company address have any negative impact? 2. Is it a good idea to ask one of the other directors of the company to provide the reference letter instead of me since i am SA, it might seem like conflict of interest? 3. Any other precautions that come to your mind regarding this situation. 4. Should she explain all this in LoE?

I've got commission bills of each and every month, but I don't think Insurance Co. could give working duties reference letter mentioning working duties of mine as I'm not at the company's payroll. I have full time, paid 1 year training experience as a food service supervisor experience in Canada. On my letter, And my first duty says i was assisting supervisor to supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of other staff. Does it count for express entry under CEC. Please help
Your duties in the letter must match with the NOC that you have chosen for your application

Also, if the reference letter written by my manager needs to be written on a company letterhead? As in my organization, nobody other than the HR has the letter head. The HR obviously is not very willing to write a detailed reference letter.

Would it be okay if you do not use the NOC for your recent 5years experience and instead use your NOC for the past 6-10yrs ago experience because that is where it is possible for you to get a reference letter?
Yup, absolutely possible. But this way you may get left out of some PNPs, which need recent work experience

Hello, in my organization,s pad the only thing that is written in English, that is Clinic and Diagnostic Center, s name. However, all information including there service, location of clinic, phone number etc.are in Bangla. One thing more, there is no country code before the phone numbers that is included in the pad of clinic. What is to be done?

Today I noticed that I did mistake while filing details of my spouse(secondary applicant) about his job details. I mentioned the year of joining as 2016. In actual it is 2015. As it does not have any impact on my scores. following are my queries
---Can I rectify it now?
---will it be counted as mistake/error or fraud in the eyes of CIC?
---If in future, my husband wants to become the primary applicant, would above such error have any negative impact on his profile processing?

I have served in multiple hospitals of army as a RN but I got experience certificate, reference letters and salary slip centrally for overall experience from headquarter. So in work history should I mention each and every hospital separately or can I write overall service together since I have same things to upload for all the hospitals.
I have mentioned it in Address history and personal activities.

Sir, I had worked under a third party payroll company which deployed me at their client site during my period of employment.
All my experience related documents are provided by a third-party company which had mentioned the client name too apart from this they told me that client company will provide nothing which explains your proof of work experience or job duties and my manager was also from the client company who knows my duties very well.
My question here is that if I successfully get a reference letter from my third-party consultancy company's HR mentioning my duties and responsibilities with the client, will CIC count it as a valid reference letter or they will deny it and ask documents from client company which is impossible to get for me as per my contract terms ???

Question 1) is part time 2 year work experience with bachelor's degree valid.
Question 2) I am working in a company where I am paid in cash, thought I have a valid work experience letter and reference letter. Wanted to know is this work experience for canada express entry.

Yes it's valid if the total working hours of these two years work experience are more than 1560 but you have to submit the cash claiming receipts to prove that you are paid.
Very important question = if work experience is gain at dads busines and there is proper pay slips into bank every month will it be valid? I heard family business etc raises doubts to offcers. Anyone?
