The hr department of our company don't keep details of their employers after one year of resignation , but my supervisor is currently working in the same company and I will provide reference letter from them with experience certificate(both on company letter head). My point is that usually out hr don't bother to reply to emails related to experience validation but my supervisors will respond to them. Does IRCC verify experience by employers always or mostly by hr? I also have tax returns, cash salary certificate and other docs as well to provide as an evidence.
Hi I have applied my application under Express Entrty program aand my noc code is 72602 Deck Officer. Although, my job noc code is in catogory based program but I have doubt regarding the work experience. My work experience is of 3 years which is contractual based that is 6 months of work onboard and 4-6 months vacations (includes employer vocational courses/training). During my vacations I am not on the payroll with my employer but still in continuous employment as i am involved in attending their vocational trainings/course. In some cases employers are contacted and your employment details must be confirmed when contacted. You ll have to skip claiming points for this employer if you don’t want to disclose your immigration plan

1- get two letters. Company you were employed by shall confirm everything about your employment as per IRCC requirements however the company to which you were ASSIGNED shall confirm your job description/roles/responsibilities. Use LoE to explain this arrangement
2- name of the employer shall be considered as per the official stationary on which you will get the current reference letter. Explain in LoE that why your initial employer name on documents like appointment letter is different from reference letter

Touching on the last point discussed in your video, matching NOC JD with the experience letter JD, If someone has the matching NOC JD experience but ultimately it comes down to how the employer states or expresses in writing the JD in the experience letter if they agree to in the first place because we can only request them to write in so and so manner but as you can imagine it is highly unlikely HR caters for such specific request as I had this experience with one of my former employers which is a multinational global firm, how can then one ensure to obtain matching JD in experience letter? JazakAllah Khair.
I believe the other way round. Most HR would ask your functional supervisor to confirm the wording. If the supervisor agrees on the wording HR mostly issues the letter. In a lot of cases, employees draft the letter themselves and HR simply check the employment details and issues the letter. Try your best.

I have worked in a community pharmacy for 2 years Under NOC 3131, which is now closed, and they have paid me in a cash. The pharmacy was not registered and the owner is a non-filer. But we had a Drug sale license issued by the Pharmacy council of Pakistan. Now what options are for me, Can I make a reference letter by me and signed and stamped by the pharmacy owner + signed and stamped by the District health authority (Area Drug inspector) and attach that Drug sale license too. The experience is legit, with full-time employment and salary being paid into her bank account. She will be able to get her reference letter from the HR but my concern is, do we need to mention to IRCC that she was working in her dad's company? Sir what if a person has an experience of 6 months in a company then he switched to another one & has 1.5 years of work experience there. Will it be counted as 2 year experience as there is no gap in between or only 1.5 year because of less than an year in a company?
Hi, i work in pharmacy as pharmacist, a small pharmacy, not a big chain pharmacy, no issue of offer letter, appointment letter or experience letter etc (i'll write my self and get signed from owner with proper jD and dates etc), but after watching this video the issue i consider is salary slips or bank statement etc because small pharmacies pay in cash. Though i have proper license issues by district health department for this particular pharmacy but how the issue of bank statement can be solved.
I have to get letters from 5 companies in order to prove 3 years of work experience. Only the current company's HR will issue me the letter as per IRCC format. Me and my spouse are associated with very reputed organization on a managerial level and we know that our HR will not provide roles and responsibilities letter however they will confirm on official letter head that we are working on these positions at current pay level, benefits and duration of work. In that case many people in our organization had applied for PR and they got reference letter from their head. Would that be acceptable because I have witnessed the real example from our organization and my colleagues that they got thire PR smoothly. That means your organisation does have the kind of policy on staff matter. If you have precedents from your work place you can follow the suit but I ll still suggest to get a refusal email from HR as I described in the video

For example they have so many administrative officers in many departments there standard role are similar and some roles are different they used standard practices but always use any other task assigned by head which starts everything..hope you understand what I am trying express you..

Sir what if a person has an experience of 6 months in a company then he switched to another one & has 1.5 years of work experience there.
Will it be counted as 2 year experience as there is no gap in between or only 1.5 year because of less than an year in a company?
Hi, i work in pharmacy as pharmacist, a small pharmacy, not a big chain pharmacy, no issue of offer letter, appointment letter or experience letter etc (i'll write my self and get signed from owner with proper jD and dates etc), but after watching this video the issue i consider is salary slips or bank statement etc because small pharmacies pay in cash.
Though i have proper license issues by district health department for this particular pharmacy but how the issue of bank statement can be solved.
That’s real challenge. Ask the owner to start paying you via bank account. That shall be great favour to you
I have to get letters from 5 companies in order to prove 3 years of work experience.
Only the current company's HR will issue me the letter as per IRCC format.
For the other four companies, I have letterheads on which I can print the reference letter with details as mentioned in your video. But this will be signed by a manager who is still working in the company.
Is this an issue?

Spouse can be employed but you meed to prove her role in your business and payment thereagainst

1- I'm from Pakistan working in KSA should I go for my Passport ID on my W.E or KSA ID already mentioned on my old W.E, will it work for me?
2- Employer only mentioned duration like 01 March 2014 till 31 July 2018. working hours not mentioned, Is it OK ?
3- I'm a telecom engineer by qualification but first 5 years have WE as an electrical engineer and now 7 years working as telecom engineer. I have two NOC options Electrical and electronic 2133 OR computer engineering 2147. so which NOC should I choose ?

Have working hours or office timing mentioned to confirm your full time status
Use NOC 2021 version. These NOC are from previous version. Choose computing related NOC as primary

Use passport number preferably for identification
Hi @faz, i have a question is it necessary for 3 years work experience to be 3, 1 year long jobs, or would one job for 8 months, 2nd job for 1 year and 3rd job for 1 year 4 months totaling upto 3 years total experience count for express entry ?
You can combine several experiences like these to claim max three years points

can IRCC have any objection if one has a long experience of 7+ years under same designation (without any promotion)? or do they even ask that why the applicant has not been promoted for so long?

I work for a Dubai-based software company remotely from Pakistan. There is no tax on a salaried person in Dubai. Plus, my salary is disbursed as remittance through wire transfer directly into my bank account, and there is no tax deduction on it as per the law. Can you please guide me on how would I file my income tax returns in order to prove my work experience?

Me and my spouse are associated with very reputed organization on a managerial level and we know that our HR will not provide roles and responsibilities letter however they will confirm on official letter head that we are working on these positions at current pay level, benefits and duration of work. In that case many people in our organization had applied for PR and they got reference letter from their head. Would that be acceptable because I have witnessed the real example from our organization and my colleagues that they got thire PR smoothly.
My boss also did that he was a manager and he got the reference letter from the administrator
Now we are on this stage what to do please guide

That means your organisation does have the kind of policy on staff matter.
If you have precedents from your work place you can follow the suit but I ll still suggest to get a refusal email from HR as I described in the video

Might be they will not do that because of their protocols they have provided a standard generic JD during evey hiring or every promotion . For example they have so many administrative officers in many departments there standard role are similar and some roles are different they used standard practices but always use any other task assigned by head which starts everything..hope you understand what I am trying express you..

I have a confusion, I have been working in a huge organization for the last 6 years but the first 4 years in Protocol Office or you can say as in Receptionist. but after my Master's degree, I got a promotion to Senior Administrative Assistant, and my NOC is according to administrative assistant. So the experience would be counted as 6 years or 2 years?
Your initial work experience can also be claimed if you manage to prove your experience under an acceptable NOC
