Repair shop quoted me $3200 for this repair. They wanted to replace the whole braking unit. I found a replacement motor on Amazon for $150. Took me less than 2 hours with the help of this vid, and things are fixed. Thank you very much! Note those nuts under the dash are indeed a pain. If you are going to try this just make sure you have the correct socket tools.
Just wondering that when you had this problem did your dedicated ABS fuses short each time before you made this fix? I have an 07 fj cruiser that is showing similar codes but don't want to waste time and money replacing the motor pump if it's more than likely just a fried ECU. I'd appreciate any feedback and thanks for the video.
can you provide the part numer so I can purchase this if I need it. I am having sensor issues C1235/6 & C0205 I can fix, but the BS module system malfunction CR1223 which I am trying to figure out if it is the actual ABS module.

How do you bleed the lines after reinstalling?? Do you just bleed the brakes like normal?
