Thank you for this video - we're prepping for project of same size and needed the guidance!! Similarly using as much as we can that's been lying around. Beautiful job with your box!
I believe it was five 2x4 - 8 foot, seven 2x3 - 8 foot, five 2x2 - 8 foot. one sheet of 1/2 treated plywood for the base. 1 piece of 1x8- 8 foot red cedar. Five 1x4 8 foot. 1 piece 4x8 1/4 plywood for the doors. Prices have jumped so much for lumber i could not guess what the cost would be for new materials.
A man after my own heart, using up spare bits and pieces left over from other projects :-) Very helpful video, thanks for posting.
Great job - very professional. I liked the error section at the end…. All deliberate errors for the benefit of us amateurs…. Great outcome….

If you had to guess how much would you think this would be in lumber?

I couldn’t afford to buy the wood for this kind of project so, I’ve recycled wood discarded by other people. So the only cost was the hard ware. 😀
Would be nice if sound were a bit louder, sometimes hard to see what you're doing.
