A huge price tag, but you'll get so much for your money. It feels like time does not exist on that property. No stress. No anxieties. No fears. No pain. It feels so tranquilizing for the soul. I like it that they have a high level of craftsmanship, but not in a poshy show off style. It looks like a place you don't want to leave once you're there. There are mansions in Beverly Hills for this money and more, but the neighbor lives just a few feet away and can read your newspaper from the balcony. People say "Money can't buy you happiness", but you could buy this and it would be a really hard task NOT to be happy there. Thank you Enes and it's nice to see the team too.

Hello Enes & Mikey. This is a great channel. I watch it and dream often about living in a house like those. Just a word of caution about the carry on case, in Europe some airlines do not allow that case on the airline as it has the lithium iron batteries which are considered dangerous. If you have proved that you have removed the battery from the case, it will be allowed. This to me defeats the object of having it....

So much time, effort, and love went into building this paradise. While sprawling in nature, it is not overbearing or pretentious. The color palette blends beautifully with the surroundings. The outdoor showers are amazing. The double slipper tubs look so inviting. The pools and decking are seamlessly blended with the property. I love how the indoor space is allocated. The kitchens are perfectly suited to the lighter island cuisine preparations. The common spaces are large, light, and airy, while also remaining cozy. And the Pièce de résistance is the gorgeous white sand beaches with jewel toned waters. Overall a 10/10 tour and another destination added to my bucket list. 😊🌸
I agree ,very expensive homes often look impersonal and cold,this is a place anyone can make into a home I love the idea of a separate home for the owner and a main building built for a lot of guest’s and their children
this property is just breathtaking. makes me wish it was vacation time all the time. Every time Enes say, “around the corner,” i hold my breath for him to follow it with “fudge is made!” lol. Also Enes just looks so free walking the beach barefoot. I thought he’d never kick his shoes off and really show off his nice feet as he enjoys the many properties he visits. Great vid!

I've been following this guy since the beginning and amazing his videos is getting better and better and bigger. This is the most amazing beach house ever I seen. The listing property cost now lowered to $34 million so if anyone not notice. Once again, this is a once in lifetime dream to own something like that.

But Bruce Willis is for me one of the best actors...This Resort is Fantastic, a phenomenon and this actor is also a great visionary in his investments. An oasis of beauty. Spacious rooms. I'm not too fond of all white interior though. Would definitely warm it up a bit and add some colourful rugs and cushions. What I do love though is that the interior is not filled with tasteless high tech gadgets and creepy 'modern' furniture. Some woofs and kitties, pantries filled with home made preserves and human laughter or meditative silence would bring it to life. Thank you Enes for sharing this extraordinary space with us. I hope your spirit also found some rest here. You and your team are pushing it. Take some time out to recharge - I think you all need it. Final word: I think this would be the kind of place where I could finally get back to the book I'm writing. James Mitchener and Hemmingway did a lot of their writing in places like this.

Once again, you offer us a superb home, This one has a lot of charm, with this wooden frame opening onto a magnificent garden and the ocean as well as these sublime wooden terraces, the layout of the rooms and the outdoor showers are superb. each guest house is beautiful. The estate is really well thought out, with little paths linking the houses together! Really, I understand why you don't want to leave... This is really one of my favourite villas. The tranquillity and connection with nature. Thank you so much for the great presentation and dedication.
Great tour. It would be worthwhile to see some of the infrastructure and utility service areas, not just the glamorous stuff. An estate this large and complex must have a lot of systems running behind the scenes, which would be interesting as well
Sure, that would be great but it is not going to happen. With these kind of places you are of course selling a property but the experience is also an important aspect. Showing these items will detract from it. And if you are not careful you will show things that you do not want to show (maybe some services are missing that people need/want and then it instantly becomes a no-buy)
Really nice tour. And very nice to see Enes in a more relaxed setting, relaxed clothes and everything. It just matches the place very well. And nice also to be introduced to the other members of the team.
This is a great property. I enjoy as always the tour. However, the 139 million home with the custom furniture and the dinosaur is always going to be my favorite.
What comes to mind when viewing this; when I was a little girl , my mom would love watching these shows with tours of the most magnificent homes. Homes that had over 9 and plus bedrooms with 12 and more bathrooms. I would watch with her and ask; " Mom, who needs all those bathrooms? That is just too much to clean."🤣🤣🤣🤣 Her response was obvious to me NOW. She would say," You wouldn't HAVE to clean a thing if you had the money for a home like this."
The amazing thing to me about this home is that, except for its size and location, it seems like a normal person's home. It doesn't come off as pretentious or showy.

I presume the prices will be on a high end of the spectrum, right? I mean it is very likely you'd need satellite TV, Phone and Internet there. Unlimited broadband will be expensive probably. :") Do you know?

An oasis of beauty. Spacious rooms. I'm not too fond of all white interior though. Would definitely warm it up a bit and add some colourful rugs and cushions. What I do love though is that the interior is not filled with tasteless high tech gadgets and creepy 'modern' furniture. Some woofs and kitties, pantries filled with home made preserves and human laughter or meditative silence would bring it to life. Thank you Enes for sharing this extraordinary space with us. I hope your spirit also found some rest here. You and your team are pushing it. Take some time out to recharge - I think you all need it. Final word: I think this would be the kind of place where I could finally get back to the book I'm writing. James Mitchener and Hemmingway did a lot of their writing in places like this.

the layout of the rooms and the outdoor showers are superb.

Great tour. It would be worthwhile to see some of the infrastructure and utility service areas, not just the glamorous stuff. An estate this large and complex must have a lot of systems running behind the scenes, which would be interesting as well
Sure, that would be great but it is not going to happen. With these kind of places you are of course selling a property but the experience is also an important aspect. Showing these items will detract from it. And if you are not careful you will show things that you do not want to show (maybe some services are missing that people need/want and then it instantly becomes a no-buy)

This is a great property. I enjoy as always the tour. However, the 139 million home with the custom furniture and the dinosaur is always going to be my favorite.
What comes to mind when viewing this; when I was a little girl , my mom would love watching these shows with tours of the most magnificent homes. Homes that had over 9 and plus bedrooms with 12 and more bathrooms. I would watch with her and ask; " Mom, who needs all those bathrooms? That is just too much to clean."🤣🤣🤣🤣
Her response was obvious to me NOW. She would say," You wouldn't HAVE to clean a thing if you had the money for a home like this."

We have amazing beachside properties here in Australia, but this one is gorgeous 😍 Love the pools, decking and the huge walk-in showers in each bedroom suite. P.S. Please spend a bit more time showing the kitchens and bathrooms of the properties you tour. They're so important to a home, no matter where it is or how much it's worth.
