Green roofs are by far the most under rated feature in architecture, it not only looks stunning it provides a lot of temperature control for the home.

It’s all fun and games until it’s raining dirt and plants inside your house. I can’t even imagine the nightmare that will ensue when the roof starts to fail.
@@smcox1991 That is a common misconception, it would be like a chunk of your backyard flying in to your home to "rain dirt" and the roof is built to hold a heavier load than normal aside from the layer of soil that protects it and makes it more durable. On a side note some are even built with water filtering in mind that are cheaper than regular one.

I was down at Oil Nut Bay in 2014. They didn't have everything built out, but I actually had lunch with my tour guide on the spot there this home is. Pretty majestic spot, crashing waves, incredible. I'll be back at Oil Nut bay in 2023, staying at the Cliff Suites, simply can't wait for my "Triumphant Return" to ONB, and the great people of Virgin Gorda!!!!
Your videos have improved greatly in one year's time. And, they were very good to begin with. Of particular note the editing: the introduction, the segways from inside to outside using "action" shots (palm fronds and pool waters being moved by the wind), incorporating the night into the day segment instead of keeping it at the end entirely. Just really enjoyable!

The sea views all around are incredible, and the exterior looks like a mansion that blends in with nature!
The most impressive interior decoration is that water wall, and the roof plants and maintenance plan are the biggest highlights!

WOW! I think this is my favourite property and the home blends so beautifully into the natural landscape. It looks like heaven.
This is one of the only homes shown on this whole channel that actually looks liveable. The room sizes and designs are not insane and the furniture and appliances actually look like ones that you would find in a middle class home. I still would rather have a small cozy suburban home, but I feel like I could spend a few days there, which I couldn't say for 99% of the homes shown on this channel. Cool video.

Rzeczywiście. Cena zawrotna. Choć skoro taka duża, pytanie czy... jest infrastruktura? Skoro wyspa 'prywatna' prawie, to mam nadzieję, że są jakieś sklepy, bo jeśli trzeba byłoby kupić 'masło' i z tego powodu płynąć na kontynent, to słaby plan. Wiadomo, że z tą ceną trzeba liczyć się, aby zatrudnić ogrodnika (do tych zieloności, bo żeby tak ładnie wygląda, to trzeba dbać) i kogoś, kto będzie sprzątał i czyścił szyby, aby zawsze był piękny widok ;) Zresztą to dom dla kilku procent społeczeństwa - milionerów i multimiliarderów, który pewnie przez dużą część roku stoi pusty, a korzysta się z niego w wakacje ;)

It's an old adage that a piece of property is like a kiss. It doesn't matter how big it is, what matters is it's location. This property is paradise on earth. It's location has been so effectively utilised that to own a house here is to actually turn others totally green with envy. Kudos!
So great both the property and the work done by Enes and his brilliant team. The improvement of his channel is just mind blowing. I'll never forget the first video of him I saw in 2020 when he was touring the most expensive house in Calabasas. Property such as this is basically a livable art piece, something that I thought I could only see in Pinterest (lol), so thank you for this tour. Wow. A lot to unpack in this one. The island is like one of those places you would have on one of those "Wish you were here" postcards. Lovely beaches, great for boating, laid-back neighbors, lush greenery all around. The ocean looks breath-taking. No cars, which means the air quality must be great. Even has bars, restaurants, and a petting zoo. Now the place itself....it's like something out of the classic cartoon show "The Jetsons" with the way it's laid out. I love how the main kitchen is laid out, especially that cooking area. And I envy you for being able to stay in the guest house. And I'd feel very comfortable to take a shower outside there. It's not just a lovely home, it's an all around crazy looking experience. As always, I have to give a big thank you for sharing your experiences with us while you tour god-tier real estates like this one. I don't have to say keep up the good work, because from what I see, you always do, Enes.😁

As a builder myself, I can't help but be amazed at what it took to not only transport all the materials, furniture, fixtures, etc. to the site, probably from all over the world, but fabricate it all on site, coordinate the aesthetics throughout, and house the workers, as well as create work spaces for them....How long did it take from start to finish to build Lion Heart Estate. ?

The views are absolutely heavenly. A few favorites, the screening room with fireplace, the multiple patio spaces, the pool is just superb for the ultimate relaxation spot. The primary bathroom with the outdoor shower is EVERYTHING! The walk-in showers throughout are constructed without glass is the best open design. The guest house living room with fireplace is charming a fabulous dwelling. What a palatial site of dreaminess. Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for this tour of sumptuous glam!
I absolutely love this house! Amazing architecture! This surely goes to my favourites list. But I have to point out that as an interior designer, I really didn't like the way the staged the house. They could have done so much better to compliment the property and the views around. Felt kind of outdated. But with that on the side, I LOVE IT.
I think most people who aren't designers will not notice it's "outdated". Alot of people here seem to dig it alot regardless. It works so why mess with it.
