This is 58 million dollars more than Casteel Creek with less than half the amenities and features. Beautiful home, but let's be honest, 60 million of it is in the name of 'Aspen'.
And parking is for "one car" "assigned". What does that even mean? Do you get an assigned parking space included somewhere offsite for $100Million and no other parking, no garage? Who would buy a home for $100 million without garage parking? Oy vey!

Yeah. For a hundred million dollars I'd probably be buying something where my neighbor isn't close enough for me to jump onto their roof from my balcony. Probably a 10-20 million dollar home at best.

100 Mio and no garage??? So before leaving, you are forced to send the staff down to defrost your cars? Also, instead of having nice mountain views, you see the cables of the ski lifts year in year out with people looking into your windows, possibly accidently landing in your backyard and using it as a restroom. Yes, the foyer was really impressive, but the rest 8/10.

Awesome tour. Im an Electrician In Aspen, Colorado and seen some of the most expensive and beautiful homes. Just finished a 15,000SQFT build. Great content.
Electricians in the Mountains are millionaires. In fact, tradesmen up there are millionaires. I know a former surgeon that now builds luxury homes in Vail. Told me he makes 5x more what he made as a surgeon and has freedom since he has staff that does all the work!
I was thinking “damn. This house is awkwardly designed with the random kitchen post and strange layout. Style is like a mix between modern and transitional and something else to me. The homes shown on this channel are never the same. Each is unique and some properties like this really take the cake. The homes shown here do not simply come with a high price tag but the architecture is fantastic. Great going guys, Enes is excellent at describing the subtle details and the uniqueness of different architecture.
You know what surprises me the most? One can actually listen to the presenter as he's not repeating himself 1000 times over saying "beautiful this, beautiful that, beautiful that next thing". His vocabulary is actually varied enough and it makes for an incomparably more pleasant viewing experience.
Enes, you are amazing and wonderful to watch. I will never understand these expensive houses that have massively oversized kitchens and entertainment sitting rooms, yet the bedrooms are TINY! Why don't they design larger bedrooms? The primary bedroom is stunning, but the other bedrooms are ridiculously small. Thank you, Enes, for showing us another gorgeous property.
I was flown into Aspen one year in the 80's (can't recall the exact year) to cater a party at this home between Christmas and New Year's Eve for 150 guests. It was the biggest event of the season. Aspen is where all the celeb's went back then, especially that specific week. The guests were all A list movie and TV stars, the richest people in America, as well as some Senator's and Congressmen. Just about all the guests were on the top floor alone, that's how big it is. I especially remember that nobody seemed to have an appetite as almost all the food was leftover. I wonder why that was?? 😉 It took me two days to prep and afterwards I stayed for two days and skied out of that back room from the what was then called the "mud room". I slept in a condo close by that was also owned by the owner at that time. This wasn't even close to the opulence of main residence of the owner. His home in BH at that time was 70,000 sq feet.
I love the elevator and access to the gate, it feels mysterious! The view outside the balcony is really priceless, like a 3D painting! The backyard is the ski area, which is really convenient! I love the mansion presented by Enes, thanks for sharing! 👍😄🙏
Yet another great home you had the privilege of sharing with us. I heard Aspen was upscale, but wow. It's insanely beautiful. The foyer alone is epic. This is definitely a skier's paradise. Thanks for sharing this with us. Keep up the good work, Enes. You rock! 😄👍
Enes, Mikey and Company have become in my opinion the premier walk through channel of luxury homes. There are many that try, but you guys have it down to an art. I personally liked the $42M ski in/out property in Park City a little more than this one, but that's just a matter of personal taste. (not to mention Utah has better powder than Colorado :) Fantastic tour!
That Mikey interrupting Enes once in a while, sharing his opinion and whatnot... is very irritating and annoying. He must keep his mouth shut. He's just a camera man and he has no knowledge about architecture or real estate, in the first place. Keep him behind the camera all the time please, and don't let him speak. His voice is very irritating.
The entrance alone just speaks volumes about what you're actually in store for. All these years and still I haven't seen something like that for an entrance, amazing.
Enes, you continue to amaze me every day. All the properties that you have had the opportunity to tour, all the places you have been, all the experiences you have had are unbelievable and the fact that you share them with us via social media is even nicer. If you are looking for more good homes to tour, I would suggest maybe one day looking into visiting the DC area. Here there are some very expensive properties that I go by and I always think to myself “I wonder what opportunities could Enes get here?” I hope you consider that for future trips and I can’t wait to see the upcoming house tours you have scheduled.
In this price range we've seen on this very channel houses with helipad, bowling alley, nightclub, movie theatre, cellar, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, panic room, staff quarters... And this house doesn't have any of those, not even a garage apparently...
U keep reaching the bar keep showing better in better homes blessings to you guy keep on grinding wish you all nothing but the best best life!!! best health health is wealth, Thank u guys for all u do much appreciated 👍💯🔥
That home has quite the pedigree. Not surprising for that area. It must be a great place for chefs and housekeepers to find jobs. I noticed several desks. Usually the homes we see will have one specified office. As you said, it would be magnificent in the winter. How convenient to be so close to the ski slopes. Nice to hear Mikey's back. All is right with the world. LOL
We love Aspen! We ski every February and prefer the accommodations of the St. Regis. Fantastic property, seems extremely overpriced. For $100,000,000, it should be at least 30,000 square feet. Thanks Enes.
Really the house isn't that nice. Needs a lot of remodel work. Cheap materials in areas and poor landscaping. I think its worth a 1/10th of the asking.
This is the type of property that is never owned by a homeowner. It will be bought by private equity, or a luxury rental company, basically by someone who can charge elites $1 mil a week to rent it
It seems there are vastly more properties priced at $100m+, than actually sell at $100m+. In 2021 I believe the numbers were just 8 U.S. sales over $100m, and another ~32 over $50m. And this represents a very strong year, most years have smaller quantities.
I like this house. It has the conzeption, it has the finishes to create a variety of atmospheres so even a "beginner" in truely valueing his or her surroundings can find themselves there, it has the possibility to part the units, it has the access to the community (for extroverts) but also the apartness (for introverts), it makes very good use of light and view... really good, very thoughtrough, my compliments for the architects.
I knew this was going to be a top 10 tour once the elevator taking you to the entrance bridge was detailed, the location, the art, materials, integration with nature. And oh by the way next notch above in the production, the music, editing, transitions, vibe set...how you guys keep leveling up when it's already the best on RUclips is beyond me! Bravo 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I'm sure it isn't anywhere near that expensive. What Enes has listed is the asking price but as with many of these ultra-expensive homes the actual sale price will be much less. Others have pointed out that the likely sale price will be maybe 2/3 of the current price.
Very likeable pair and very good teamwork. I will never in my life live in a 7 figure home but i feel lucky to even have a home, i still greatly enjoy watching how you and your partner passionately tour these properties. The chemistry you possess with Mikey the cameraman is one of the things i enjoy the most in your videos. I think it's important for everyone to feel content and lucky with what you got. Also you remind me of my lawyer.
the interior design is so elegant 11:22 I mean look at the windows, they could have a simple big glass windows but its beautiful with two little ones near the roof and a bigger one piece windows bellow, it looks so good
This is insanely beautiful! Luckily you have the opportunity to tour these homes so we can see for ourselves how beautiful they are through your videos!!!
Someone said this in a previous video and I can't stop comparing every mansion like this to that comment, and it perfectly captures my feelings on most of these houses "I can't imagine feeling like a homeless person sleeping in a mall inside your own house" This really is the vibe of all these houses, and I can't imagen a real person living in these.
Absolutely ridiculous. I know 100M homes are almost never worth it but asking 100M for this is criminal. The kitchen is cornered, the views are blocked, and lifts are placed in quiet ridiculous places. You can see other people's roof from balcony's, and that's your view. Now the location maybe very expensive but still it's not Beverly Hills, or Malibu, or Bel Air. To give you a perspective, that David Dobrik home with that unobstructed view in LA was 12M. Now sure he got it for a bit cheap but still 100M for this? This is absurd, ridiculous and criminal. It doesn't also have that huge land area as well. It's just 1.4 Acre. Really Enes, you really shouldn't promote this kind of properties who are asking so much unfair prices. Really disappointed with your judgement in this case. N.B: Sorry, I made this comment not finishing the whole video. Finishing the whole thing however, now I know, this house doesn't have a single swimming pool 😅
With a willing buyer, no price is unfair or “criminal,” and most of these sell at a fraction of the show price. The ego value to certain types of people though is worth the toll for status as with most of these properties. To each his own. Very few of these monstrosities have any qualities of a home.
Enes, another beautiful home, the landscape is just stunning. thanks to you Enes, Mikey and the crew for allowing us into these beautiful homes., seeing them through Mikey's lenses and your detailed descriptions is a wonderful treat. Thanks, you and love from NY.
Amazing house, right near downtown Aspen and yet on the ski runs. Since the house was described as hosting presidents and celebrities, it was easy to look up the original builder, Chris Hemmeter, a real estate developer of many mega resorts in Hawaii had the place built in the early 70's. Sold to the Marshall Field family in 1980 who then sold to an entrepreneur in 1996 for $10 Million. Quite a price increase since that last sale. Lots of remodeling before this sale too. Quite a tour.
I think it would be amazing if you could visit countries in the southern hemisphere during their summer season. Places like Cape Town and St Francis Bay in South Africa, or even Australia. Could add some serious variation and put some other amazing destinations on the property map.
I love the art in and outside of this home especially the big statue out back and that wood carving that curved around the 2 walls. Amazing! The elevator is pretty cool too!
Thank you Enes for showing us how the 1% is doing so great. Very important for us 99%. And if we doing good in our honest Jobs we can get this too. Great job!
I thought it was kinda weird how there were steps leading to the elevator instead of a ramp. But still it's a beautiful house in a really beautiful place. Loved the tour!
Great job on another great video of an interesting property. Personally, I’d take that $45m home in Park City over this one 10/10. And keep the $55m in change.
Not sure How I was recommended this video, but I recognized the elevator immediately. I have been in this house a few times back in 99-00 when I was the resident manager of the Fasching Haus condos across the street. My job was to handle any issues after hours since I lived in the apartment next to the pool. I did not have many daytime responsibilities, but was a 21 year old kid that they trusted enough to have the keys to all the condos. I remember having to supervise the cleaning staff to go in the house, and another couple of times for them to restock all the groceries prior to the owners or guests arrival. The strangest part of this house is the entrance is right in between the Durant Condos. In person it seems so strange to have a golden elevator just sitting by itself tucked up out of the way. The location is fantastic as you are a
awesome tour as always guys!!! nice to see Mikey back in action behind the camera too! this home is definitely the place you want to be with your family during Christmas. So many options for having fun - would be a Christmas dream for any family!
LIKE, LIKE, LIKE. I like what I see although I can't ski. I can't imagine residing in such an expensive accommodation, but it was a blast watching this video. I always look forward to watching Enes's videos each week, knowing that it's always top of the range. :)
I'm really amazed by your work guys. You sure know how to find amazing homes, and to show them to us properly. But I'm wondering: 100M$ and not even a decent view on the mountains? That's a shame. I'm not at all fond of the interior styling. I believe nothing beats the style of the 20M$ hidden hills mansion which was... "really unique" to me ;)
My favorite lately was a 4 million home located in between 2 lakes- an absolute dream and 25 times cheaper than this one :) This house cannot even compete with that one.
I think most people buying a top level Aspen ski house would prefer easy access to the slopes and the village over a view from far away, and there is nothing this nice and this close with those features.
For the location my favorite was that home on Lake Tahoe. Actually both homes were great. The wood interior of the $44 million home that was set back from the lake made for a great home but I loved the location of that strange $75 million home with the hillside tram. It had the perfect view of the lake. The layout of that home made no sense to me but the view almost made it worth it.
You all truly bring my life joy when I watch your channel! What would be really awesome is if when Mikey says there is "something" that reminds him of another "something" you all have already seen, you could edit in that "something." Not sure how much more editing time that would take but it would be super cool for us to see and compare as well. Thanks! Kim
Dick Bass who built and owned Snowbird in Utah built a stand alone elevator to enter his house at Snowbird 40 or so years ago. I remember how cool it was the first time I ever rode it up to the house with him and his son Danny. Dick was a wonderfully kind and intelligent man.
QUESTION: Enes, have you and/or Mikey ever considered telling us your story? Where were you born; where and how you were raised; family; how did you get to where you are at now; etc? If not in an extended episode, how about a book?
What a beautiful and elegant home. That’s rare for an American mega bucks home they are normally all about bling and how much money you have. Loved your presentation style. A very enjoyable experience.
I do not agree with the best in the world ski resort! Switzerland, Austria, France and Italy you shout see first 😁 Thank you for the great video again!👏
Due to the poorly executed rehab and awkwardly staged design of this well-located property, the developers seem to want to re-zone at this price tag. Please keep us updated on how this all plays out.
ya, i feel like it’s overly modern for the price tag and the kitchen is disappointing. i’d be surprised if this sold for more than 65 million because anywhere else you’d probably get it for around 12 million
After watching the stunning Saint-Tropez video then coming here, Ive come to the conclusion that America builds houses that look like hotels. Huge spaces that are monochromatic that feel lifeless . They are incredibly expense as well and for what??? Id rather go to Europe and buy a home with style and class.... The American videos are all (not all but) the same. Regardless, I love Enes and Mike and I love spending Sunday mornings with them... Always a class act... Cheers fellas
Such a beautiful home. It reminds me a little of my grandmother's home in the Seattle suburbs which has a great view of Mount Rainier in the distance on clear days. Love the wood work too!
•Entrance has a huge wow factor. •The Grand Foyer looks like something you would see at a posh hotel in L.A. •Mikey sometimes talks too much, which ruins the pace/flow of the show. •What's with all the black and gold in the guest suite bathroom? Is this Colorado, or a Vegas Penthouse? •And I really like the stacked stone columns •Don't look directly into that weird cosmic art sculpture while on any "pharmaceuticals." It will mess you up. •Love the stained glass, Crawford ceiling. •Formal Dining Room is small for a house with a $100,000,000 asking price. •Kitchen looks like a morgue, and again..small. •Too many office spaces. How many do you really need? The downstairs one on the right off the foyer was perfect. The one just outside of the master bedroom is just goofy. •Outdoor seating space is nice. I like it. •Master bedroom is good. •Not a fan of the cabinetry that's situated throughout the place •The backyard is decent. More development is needed though, agreed. •Small screening room, which is a nicer way to say, "theater room." •The fireplace/bar section separating the kitchen and seating area in the guest level is lame. Very lame. It cuts off the seating flow, making it awkward for those trying to have a conversation while sitting in those 4 chairs. And if you're someone standing in the kitchen, which two do you talk to??? It's mad is say, MAD! •The dining room in the guest level seats more than the one in the main level. Weird. •So-So guest suites. Not bad. The first two though was kind of small. •Small gym. •Ski room, Blah. My thought. A $30 million dollar home with a $70 million dollar location and view. Bland, Bland, Bland.

It has an 80's cruise ship feel.
😂
That's lovely ♥Imagine waking up on Christmas morning with that view.
The entrance alone just speaks volumes about what you're actually in store for. All these years and still I haven't seen something like that for an entrance, amazing.
I know, right?
@@EnesYilmazer I had to re-watch it and I'm still marveled by it. Thanks for sharing! That kind of entrance is house goals for my home lol
I think there is something metaphysical about being elevated in order to enter the home. Wonderful!

Should’ve included a few b roll shots of the airport.
All noted, Elliott. I will certainly keep them in mind!
I agree. I've lived in Norhern Virginia my whole life and some of the properties in Arlington, Great falls, McLean etc. are absolutely incredible.
In this price range we've seen on this very channel houses with helipad, bowling alley, nightclub, movie theatre, cellar, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, panic room, staff quarters... And this house doesn't have any of those, not even a garage apparently...
This was a total surprise ! Unbelievable mansion . Such details and privacy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hi Peter! I posted some thoughts above in this thread.. im not sure about this one....
Scenery, Views, Fresh air, is the only reason why I would move to the mountains. Not just Aspen, but others towns
I love how this house gives hotel vibes in the finishes everywhere and at the same time still feels like a home
U keep reaching the bar keep showing better in better homes blessings to you guy keep on grinding wish you all nothing but the best best life!!! best health health is wealth, Thank u guys for all u do much appreciated 👍💯🔥
That’s so epic. Everyone coming here and skiing with their friends without having to use bunk beds is awesome.
LOL
Incredibly beautiful. No other words to express this piece of art. Not only the house but all the nature surrounding it.
well said!
It will be bought by private equity, or a luxury rental company, basically by someone who can charge elites $1 mil a week to rent it
No one is going to rent this for 1M a week. Not even Billionaires.
Thanks Tony🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I'm a Colorado Native and I love living here. For years Kevin Costner had a $36,000,000 mansion in Aspen. Aspen is incredible!
7k per sq ft is absolutely insane. I didn’t realize how expensive it is to live in Aspen. Awesome video, keep up the great work!!
I'm sure it isn't anywhere near that expensive. What Enes has listed is the asking price but as with many of these ultra-expensive homes the actual sale price will be much less. Others have pointed out that the likely sale price will be maybe 2/3 of the current price.
It's not 7k per sq ft.

Also you remind me of my lawyer.
thank you for your support! appreciate it!
Love the mountain homes in Colorado & Utah. Would love to see many more tours of this style home!

@@EnesYilmazer what is your secret to that can speak fluently language ?? How was it??
the interior design is so elegant 11:22 I mean look at the windows, they could have a simple big glass windows but its beautiful with two little ones near the roof and a bigger one piece windows bellow, it looks so good
This is insanely beautiful!
Luckily you have the opportunity to tour these homes so we can see for ourselves how beautiful they are through your videos!!!
Someone said this in a previous video and I can't stop comparing every mansion like this to that comment, and it perfectly captures my feelings on most of these houses
"I can't imagine feeling like a homeless person sleeping in a mall inside your own house"
This really is the vibe of all these houses, and I can't imagen a real person living in these.
Very few of these monstrosities have any qualities of a home.
well said..this whole channel is just to get views and generate youube income for the channel owner.
The lighting and the layout of this house is amazing. Very relaxing and cheerful.
Enes, another beautiful home, the landscape is just stunning. thanks to you Enes, Mikey and the crew for allowing us into these beautiful homes., seeing them through Mikey's lenses and your detailed descriptions is a wonderful treat. Thanks, you and love from NY.
Enes, never change that black on black suit my man. It's your signature at this point. Amazing video as usual.
Another amazing house tour 😍 already loving it
Awesome! Thanks!
Could add some serious variation and put some other amazing destinations on the property map.
thanks for the feedback!
This is the most non-$100m home I’ve ever seen. I guess I’m getting snooty having seen so many of your videos.
I love the art in and outside of this home especially the big statue out back and that wood carving that curved around the 2 walls. Amazing! The elevator is pretty cool too!
I totally agree! it's a good one!
100 Million, and a crooked lamp shade 😂 4:25
Who ever designed the door and the foyer, did an amazing job.
Loved the tour!
i see other people making touring videos inside fine properties like this. but this channel provide the best touring videos I've seen , thanks
I've truly enjoyed the video editing, knowledge and presentation of each of these homes. Keep up the great work guys!

Awesome, thank you!
Definitely!!
Glad to see you all in my home state! Colorado is full of beauty!
If I had that much money, I’d go for something more rustic with LOTS of land around it.
"really unique" to me ;)
My favorite lately was a 4 million home located in between 2 lakes- an absolute dream and 25 times cheaper than this one :)
This house cannot even compete with that one.
@@Celisar1 You're right; still not my style of interior decoration; but I totally agree with you!!

I know that Aspen is a really nice area but the house looks dated (exterior) and tacky for $100M. More like $20M tops.

QUESTION: Enes, have you and/or Mikey ever considered telling us your story? Where were you born; where and how you were raised; family; how did you get to where you are at now; etc? If not in an extended episode, how about a book?
What an absolute beauty :) But one question: Does this home not have any garage spaces?
They would probably have a dedicated valet that takes your vehicle to an offsite storage area.
😀
It has a miele dishwasher though

JUST the VIEW !!!! is WORTH more than $100 million!!! Beautiful Place Indeed.

•And I really like the stacked stone columns
•Don't look directly into that weird cosmic art sculpture while on any "pharmaceuticals." It will mess you up.
•Not a fan of the cabinetry that's situated throughout the place
•The backyard is decent. More development is needed though, agreed.
•Small screening room, which is a nicer way to say, "theater room."
•The fireplace/bar section separating the kitchen and seating area in the guest level is lame.
