at 5:27, that's Radon venting. The pipe will go through a slab floor and then an active vent fan in the pipe to reduce radon levels. I just saw one in a customer house last week.

Hello. Is it possible to fit an unvented tank into a combi boiler installation. I'm wondering if i can use a motorized valve to switch between combi boiler hot water or tank heated (solar) water if hot. Could this work. Thanks
Think the soil stack is for removal of radon gas, the big thing is the pump.
