We can learn to Manage Anxiety in a safe way, by first becoming grounded. Slowly this will Reduce Anxiety.
All of us live with anxiety. Whenever fear takes over, we’re caught in what I call the trance of fear. As we tense in anticipation of what may go wrong, our heart and mind contract.
We forget that there are people who care about us, and about our own ability to feel spacious and openhearted. Trapped in the trance, we can experience life through the filter of fear, and when we do, the emotion becomes the core of our identity, constricting our capacity to live fully.

I love Tara and I have both of her books. But I didn't know if I have a lot of fear (which I do) that I couldn't do Rain on my own. I have a therapist but I don't see her that often . And I have other things to talk to her about. And I have some good friends but I can't ask them to do this all the time. Any thoughts and advice on understanding this would be greatly appreciated
What can help when anxiety is a disorder trapped in the nervous system? Like Social Phobia?

I would suggest learn the practice of grounding, in order to allow the anxiety to pass through.
