  • It has been 10 years since a former Los Angeles police officer killed four people and escaped law enforcement for days, resulting in a massive manhunt that spanned Southern California.

    These mouth breathers in the comments calling dorner a hero shows how morally devoid our society has become. All the morality for his cause went out the window the moment he murdered 4 innocent people who literally had nothing to do with the corruption he was trying to expose.

      You call your military heroes, how many civilians do they kill? hypothetically 1 missile strikes a urban area kills 20 “bystanders”, 5 goons and 1 terrorist leader (a successful mission). Those foreign civilians that are raped, murdered, extorted, executed etc etc are a byproduct, a small price for peace. But if 1 of your own people die the entire country begs for war and retribution?. We’re living in a zoo, and the US of A are the wardens on crack, seemingly 24/7 for an animal to raise their voice, either force or drugs will shut it up, or just get rid of the troubled animal. That’s why people have respect for him, but as an outsider it seems so telling that 100+ holes were riddled into a blue pick up truck with 2 women. He’s fucking bald, he’s a black man, he’s in a black pickup truck with a license plate, if he’s been on the run for so long he is opening fire first (his head is on a swivel) (ptsd minimises simple but crucial mistakes). It seems to me that dormers message was being displayed by the police themselves. Ptsd or not, if they can’t handle the “force” then boot em equally, but no that chink in their armour is turned against them (you’re their bitch now), and if you don’t comply they’ve had “evidence from 20 years ago”. Fuck your “morality” it’s more like ‘sense of justice”, morals don’t merely state “though shall not kill”, that’s what we are thought, morals are learnt, but as history shows it’s not as simple as black and white. Mouth breather or not I just fucking hate hypocrisy.

      @@yohanneswinters2433 The fact that you automatically pigeonhole me as some patriotic right winger by bringing up completely irrelevant arguments to the fact that this man MURDERED 4 innocent people, proves my point exactly. Literally NOTHING you brought up has anything to do with what I said. If dorner had gone after the right targets, I'd respect him more.

    • @yohanneswinters2433
      @yohanneswinters2433 9 месяцев назад

      @@davidr7957 sure I tunnelled visioned on you, do I know what right or left wing is? No, I stay away from politics. I was on a tangent, but to say it has no correlation is a stretch. If I’m correct the first two innocent bystanders were a couple parked outside of where he was at night… they are innocent 1000% and it was and is his duty to protect them, but as I mentioned PTSD is a hell of a drug. If you’ve tasted it you know how that scene would have felt, “those two cunts think I’m dumb, they’re waiting for me to slip up”. He said it clear that ‘if you’re with the police you’re against me’. The man isn’t 100% there, I heard someone say ‘it’s remarkable that he held onto that grudge for that many years’, and that’s true. But that’s the point, when you look back all you see is mention of his time as a policeman and some agencies rejoicing to have a video of him training with a pistol. You don’t hear his aspirations as a human, to commit that a great deal of your life to the military is hard (more than time), only to sign back into the force to protect his country from itself. Something tells me he’s on a mission, and every morning he dedicated his life to a purpose. You brought morals into this, and that’s what fucked me off. All, every country has fucked soldiers, the ones that see war have it worse. Some countries are continuously at war. Their soldiers are called heroes, but if that soldier killed one of his own they are a terrorist or murderer (only if command deems it), but that’s not quite true. It’s not just dorner people are upset about, it’s the message. He IS NOT a hero, he’s a joker, a man that tried to do right but society wouldn’t allow it, ‘society’ demanded that he shut the fuck up and did as he was told. The man broke, they tried to discredit everything in his life, it’s like telling a Vietnam veteran “your buddies died in that cold Forrest for nothing, and all of the men you saved will kill themselves soon”. So I find it hard to believe you are morally just when your argument is based around ‘he killed innocent people, send him to Azkaban’. When you lose touch of reality purposely or not, whatever happens after is literally blank, there is no conscious emotion, you just look back at a time when reality was clear. You say society is morally devoid but that’s quite the antithesis. Society is very fucking involved in this because of the morality involved and I’m sure you know 10 years later these problems are still very present and in-fact global. People put themselves in the shoes of Dorner and say “fuck you, I tried my best as a human and this is how you treat me, now it’s my turn”. I do agree people jump on the bandwagon too quick, some haven’t even read a book, some have no clue what mental health looks like, but to me it sounds like you’re stripping dorner of ‘all morality’ because he made a mistake in his heightened senses that cost the lives of innocent people………. And we’re back at square one, philosophy 101. So ask yourself “can you be forgiven for killing someone?”, if so “if you wake then immediately prepare yourself for death, is it the same case”, it goes on and on, that’s why there are laws that allow law enforcers to “get away with murder”, and as I said it’s back to square one. So no society isn’t MORALLY DEVOID, it’s just desperate for someone or something to bring change. See I didn’t bring up politics did I, it’s not about who is running the country it’s about how well the people are treated as humans and the equality of “justice”. He is not a hero, fuck no, but I would call him a twisted martyr.
