If anyone is wondering, he was sentenced to 7 consecutive life terms.
Who has ever lived more than 1 life term and what is the silly purpose of sentencing someone to several life terms? I mean why choose 7 instead of 8, 9, 50, 100? It makes no sense. Just call it what it is, life imprisonment. Boom, done.
Imagine seven victims and each with a family that want justice and recognition. @tutnod2449
Only in Ohio
@@tutnod2449a life sentence doesn't mean you're in jail for life necessarily. You have to serve the minimum term, maybe 15-20 years before you can be eligible for parole. But if you have good behavior, then you actually can still get out after that term is up. If you're sentenced to 7 life terms, then that minimum duration would be multiplied by 7... So in other words, he has life without chance for parole
@@austinmaiden4663 If a "life sentence" doesn't mean a "life sentence" then new vocabulary needs to be used to describe what the sentence actually is. It's dumb to call for somebody to serve more than 1 life sentence when nobody is going to live past the 1 life they have. Nobody committing an act deserving of a life sentence deserves parole. Again, change the vocabulary to mean what the sentence actually means.
