the pork belly reminds me of cantonese style roasted pork belly!! wonder how they differ in taste as ive never tried the thai style of it cantonese roasted pork is usually dipped in either hoisin sauce, or even sugar if you like
just got back from chiang mai, went to the crispy pork place, it's the only restaurant my wife and i have ever been to during a vacation that we then went back again later during the same trip, arguably best crispy pork of my life
