I love Chiang Mai and there are so many quality restaurants and hidden jems to find. My wife drags me into some weird places, but I always leave feeling fat and with a smile on my face 😄❤️🇹🇭

Wonderful looking food there Mark i think i could enjoy every dish you had there, especially the first two 'curry' style dishes you tried, they just looked soo tasty... With a little bit of sticky rice to mop up the sauce delicious 😋 Thanks for sharing - what an interesting setting to eat in! So very cheap for all that too! All the best from the UK 🇬🇧

Huen jai yong is amazing! Was there last year. You should check out Charoen Suan Aek next time for northern Thai food. Been going there for the past 5 years. Not quite as serene and beautiful as huen jai yong but the food is even better in my opinion. It's a bit hard to find but it's much closer to town as well!

Me neither, but then l live in Melbourne Australia and we are only allowed out the house 1hr per day to excerise or get essential food supplies. Restaurants may re open 23 November!!! Wont be enjoying any time soon.

The herbs, natural spices, curry paste, chilies, literally everything about it come from the earth!! I cannot wait to travel to Thailand.

Absolutely agree. Also it seems Ling has more of sweet tooth than Mark. I love that she always orders deserts or sweets and Mark kindly tastes them.
