In Alex’s vids he says not to use no much product, hr says that more is less and the normal amount u usually use doesn’t work for this specific product.

@@mariog1490 Of course he does! That's what worked best for him and he needs to sell his product. But really, if an average hair product needs to come with instructions that specific, rather than working with common knowledge of hair products acummulated over the last century, then it's not a product for the masses, but a product for Alex Costa himself and his hairstyle and people with his specific hair type. If Robin used a pea sized amount, it wouldn't be much of a review anyway.
Aaron Marino also tells us he has the best hair and most versatile product in the world and Joe (Blumaan) apparently has the healthiest product. All of these products seem to based on their own hairtype. I can tell for a fact that none of them have a clue about how their products work on fine hair! We need Robin to test these products and give us the truth!

Not trying to be rude or anything, but from what I just saw in the video, I think part of the stickiness you experienced can be explained because the breaking down of the product between your hands was very effortless, it didn't seem like you applied sufficient strength and time to really emulsify it in your palms (you just did a light pat here and there)

I've bought his clay and it personally works for me and my thick straight hair. Maybe you oversaturated your hair? I remember Alex mentions you don't need too much, and I rarely need more than one tiny scoop of Forte.

Hi robin, as always a great one... I always wait for your reviews before I buy a hair product... in your video it seems that the product is quite similar to hdf claymation... is it? Because I have used claymation and it worked excellent for me... I would appreciate an answer...thanks!!!!!
Me and you have the same hair, and same routine. I usually use very very little of the forte clay, then lock it in with hair spray
It's such high hold I'm not sure hairspray is needed.
I have very very fine and straight hair (but a lot of!) and its pretty hard to manage with low to none product, but if i use too much product i lose all the volume.. which products do you recommend?
It's pretty hard to apply for me. Same with the emulsifying. I have thin hair so it tugs kind of harsh but it has a matte finish and the strongest hold I've seen.
I've been using the forte series and it's a really really good product. Alex outdone himself

Looking forward to the review, Robin. I bought this product, and was honestly a bit let down. The hold doesn't last, and it's just hard to work into the hair being that it's so thick and sticky. It's not bad, but I'd recommend BluMaan Cavalier Clay over this one.

Hey Robin, will you do a first impressions on Bluuman's Ascend Cream? From description, it seems like a product you would love
Robin please advise me, or anyone out there. I have thin and thinning hair especially on the top and crown. Im 35 years old. I would like something that won't tug on my hair when i put it in because i already lose a lot of hair in shower and just on the regular basis. That isn't also very dry like i have some grocery store bought clays. Please please.
I think you may have used too much in this first impressions. My hair did the same thing so i tried less and it looked much better

@@ManForHimself I would say dry, although I usually prevent that scenario from happening, so generally normal.
The clay have high hold. How long will the hold last?

You mean fine hair. Fine hair are hair strands that have a small circumference. Thin hair has to do with the low concentration of hair such as someone balding. Same kind of reasoning with the difference between thick and coarse hair.

Apothecary 87 is UK based I think and robin loves it, I bought it off his recommendation and like it too. Oil based clay with good texture

Yes
I felt this was like Hanz de Fuko Claymation. It feels very similar. I think for US, it wasn't bad compared to the price/volume for Claymation but I like other products better. I still put Morris Motley has the best product IMO. can't wait to see the review.
I didn't like how difficult it is to pull out of jar and emulsify. and honestly, the hold is harder. pretty much like claymation. very very similar to me.
I think it's a LOT tougher than HDF Claymation. That - for me - is a really versatile product.
Yeah it does look a bit too strong. But I guess this will be useful for getting those extreme spikey hairs.

Did you have a lot of stress the last year? I had a v sociopathic gf a few years back and my hair got thin and turned gray back in the day. 6 month after the break up my hair grew in thick and blond again. So don't panic if it's not common in your family it will probably change back again as soon as you change the circumstances

I love this stuff for the most part, I wear a hair piece/system and this product works great. My only minor complaint is it’s very GRIPY, it really pulls and tugs the hair, I like to just use my finger tips and gently rub it through. I recently cut my hair to a short/choppy/messy look and this stuff works great for that messy look

I need to know how the product works on its own. Starting out with different prestylers or mixing products like blumaan also does is not an accurate way to see how a product works. it can be included but after you see how it works on damp hair, not mixed or different random products first. it isnt accurate if you dont include the normal application first, thats why so many people dont know what these do or have such different results with them, because its just a mix of stuff.

You can shampoo. But I'd stick with water-based products if it's an issue for you.
