      Im a life long Knicks fan and we have been in a great depression ever since we got Carmelo Anthony years ago. Keep hoping things will work out but just like my Yankees, the injury bug is after our NY teams it seems. Sucks.

    Okoro and Brunson clashed knees at the top of the key /free throw line moments before when there was a dribble hand off and you can see brunson hobble for a split-second before he curls to retake possession and then make the shot attempt shown here and when subsequently follows

      Correct! UFC fighter Sean O'Malley had the similar injury. It took approximately 20 to 30 seconds after receiving the kick from his opponent to his calf to see the full extent and effect of the injury (visually).
      Let's hope hes Not out too long bc I got plus +1400 on the Knicks to win the east 😅🙏

    Whenever I’m watching the NBA or the NFL and there’s an injury to a player, I run to this channel.
    Dr Brain does great job in explaining the likelihood cause of these injuries, the severity of them and the timeline in terms of recovery.

    Technology is so amazing. You literally have a medical doctor giving an observational diagnosis through slow motion replay of a sports injury that just happened along with his prognosis and being broadcasted to the entire world WHILE the game is still being played! Wow. Just think about that. Great vid doc!!

    As Clyde noticed in the broadcast, the impact appeared to happen before Brunson curled around on the play. It looked like he went knee to knee with Hartenstein.

    Knicks are reporting that it’s a sore knee and questionable to return so i am hoping that means its not that bad… it looked like when he tried to walk that his leg/foot was twisted or hanging off like when its broken but idk i was barely looking… hoping it was a bad funny bone accident or something

    If it's just the nerve, not structural; that's great. Let's hope it was only contused.
    Inner leg Popliteal nerve damage is the the Fifth most painful thing i've ever experienced, so it ain't no walk in the park.
    To this day if i massage the nerve where it was struck, I can feel tiny sparks of electricity pop in random locations all the way down my leg

    If you can explain his injury can you help me? Post hernia surgery I have been dealing with feet and back issues that progressively gotten worse.
    I been to 4 podiatrist, 2 neurologist, rheumatologist, orthopedic surgeon and now a pain doctor.
    Had x rays, mri, epidural , etc
    Back shows a minor disc buldge.
    0 into on feet.
    Been dealing with this for four years with 0 results and thousands of dollars spent

    Thought a partial quad tendon when I first saw it. I thought the foot drop was just his tripping, but I think you nailed it.

    I'm so glad to have found this MD on YT thanks so much Dr but I am afraid that I must disagree with you and contend that we can't determine that any contact was made. it would be nice to hear from Brunson as to was there contact and I noticed the video replays don't play the whole incident all replays stop short of what happened immediately after the supposed contact when Brunson landed and attempted to make a move he could have injured himself what go you say to that possibility ?

    The way it looked, it looked like patella. I’m not a doctor. It looked freaky like the Rozier injury a few weeks ago. When he couldn’t get any traction or even walk on it. 🙏🏽
