Bob Goat that would be awesome but reality is you would be making a completely new frame, and attaching the dirtbike suspension etc so may as well just use the gsxr frame like they did. No way to shoehorn an engine twice the size into same frame

Hi SFT, I'm building similar set-up on my CBR600F4i, did you use KX450 triple clamps? I'm wondering if I will have to swap the triple tree cover, steering stem, etc.
Pretty sure you need to measure the lengths of the steering stem and probably need to change to different bearings and check the clearance and maybe grind away the stoppers and make new ones in the right place

Needs way more gear, and needs a dirt bike seat/gas tank so you don't destroy your balls riding it. Might work better trying to put a 600 engine on a dirt bike frame.
Put brand new tires on it, the most aggressive dirt bike tires in existence whatever those are i think dunlop, maxxis or continental make them not sure, (put up a patreon to fund this build people will help) and just ride the shit out of it. Replace the brake pads, bleed them, replace brake lines, brake discs and calipers with strongest ones you can get and just go nuts trying to max it out on your most technical trail! Would love to see if it can be tamed, I wonder if it even weighs more than 450lbs, if so then I bet its not by much
Thank you Finland for giving us psychopaths like this. Really, I'm not even being sarcastic. This thing imo is really pretty damn ugly (mainly due to the exhaust lol), the brakes are....trash and the suspension is probably made for something much lighter. You didn't do it because it's particularly great performing (I hope at least lol) but because you could and that's all the reason one should need to do something completely pointless and irresponsible like that. That being said, it should get a bashplate, otherwise you might not mess up the sides but crumple your headers to bits.

It's literally a gsxr with a mud guard, dirt bike forks and wheels.. Should I do this to my gsxr cause insurance companies won't insure it but will insure my crf250 so I will put the dirt forks on the gsxr and also put the crf vin on the gsxr frame will work? If cops stop me I say I did engine rebuild swap but needed bigger frame?

What year is the kawasaki kx450 front end ? And I'm assuming you changed our the fork tree ?
Do you know maybe what's the thickness of the spacers might might be? And how many are there?
The only thing I'd do extra would be to put heaps of spacers on the handle bars to simulate a dirtbike so ur not leaning forward in the sand and dirt👍
