Back when I was 16 me and 2 buddies dipped from cops and pulled into my buddies driveway, we hid our bikes deep in her woods and waited it out. A cop came to the house and we were all pissing ourselves thinking our bikes were going to be taken away. The cop said, “why u guys so nervous, I’m not here for you riding on the roads, your neighbors house got broke into” he talked with my buddies dad and told us to ride safe before he left. Coolest cop I’ve ever met.

Where we live in Ohio, the cops started mapping the bike trails and so now when a biker takes off the road onto a trail, they have a 1 in 3 chance of radioing ahead and having a cop waiting for you at the end. We live up on a hill that's nearly 300 feet down over the cliff onto state route 7 with the Ohio river up against it and so they already narrowed down your escape routes ;o) but I know it's not like everywhere :o)
That happened to a guy I knew years ago, he was chased on the road for miles, he then just made it into the trail for his getaway and the bike ran out of gas. The cop got out of his car and said "you're busted!" lol

Pulls onto the road and there's a cop right there, the chase was at like 20mph, he got into a trail and got away. Left the bike in the woods and walked home lol

Pretty common in Denmark among young folks aged 12-17, modified for highest speed and acceleration possible. Mopeds are legal from age 16 with license , at 30km/h speed limit, basically non modified; speed limit is 45 for adults with car licence.
@@Val_530R In hungary you can drive mopeds from age 14 with a 50cc licence. In hungary you don't need licence plates on your bike, only insurance. The "max" speed would be 40km/h but most of the 50cc's do at lest 90.you do need to wear a helmet tho. You rarely get stopped by police and if you do you can run away in towns, and you cannot be tracked down because you have no plate. At 16 you can do a 125cc licence and at 18 a 35kw/48HP licence. If you own a 35kw licence for more than two years, you can do a "limitless" licence for all bikes (min. 20yo)

I loved road riding dirt bikes back in the 70's. I had a 1973 Suzuki TM 125 and we'd get chased about once a week. Usually we'd just hit a rail road track and take off, the railroad ties even out at about 55.

Pretty common in Denmark among young folks aged 12-17, modified for highest speed and acceleration possible. Mopeds are legal from age 16 with license , at 30km/h speed limit, basically non modified; speed limit is 45 for adults with car licence.

In hungary you can drive mopeds from age 14 with a 50cc licence. In hungary you don't need licence plates on your bike, only insurance. The "max" speed would be 40km/h but most of the 50cc's do at lest 90.you do need to wear a helmet tho. You rarely get stopped by police and if you do you can run away in towns, and you cannot be tracked down because you have no plate.
At 16 you can do a 125cc licence and at 18 a 35kw/48HP licence.
If you own a 35kw licence for more than two years, you can do a "limitless" licence for all bikes (min. 20yo)

I loved road riding dirt bikes back in the 70's. I had a 1973 Suzuki TM 125 and we'd get chased about once a week. Usually we'd just hit a rail road track and take off, the railroad ties even out at about 55.

It's not a big problem in my country since you can't ride a bike unless you are 21 (because of immature fucks like theese) so i doubt i will ever have to deal with such a kid. But it shows how much of a law abiding citizen you are when the response to "they shouldn't do criminal shit, it puts other people in danger" is "i think it's fine they break the law, and they should run people over".

Well after watching the entire video, I didn't run from the cops on the street, I took to the yards, woods and fields.
Running from the cops on a dirt bike on the street has to rank up there in the stupid range. Take a couple of yards, into the woods, and never be seen again. Stay out where he can identify you, and 3 months later he sees you someplace and grabs you before you expect it.
I'm 67, used to do the same thing on my Honda XL 350 back in the 70s. Still riding but now on a XR150.
