Felicia Day had a web series about an online RPG called “The Guild” which is really great!
She voice acts a characeter called Zojja an MMORPG "Guild Wars" too.
She was also the fairy in The Legend of Neil
Felicia Day has a small part in Buffy’s last season, and had recurring parts in Supernatural and The Magicians

The woman is Felicia Day, who's been in several things, but I know her best from the new Mystery Science Theater 3000. This was done during the writer's strike back in the day. I think it was during Big Bang and How I Met Your Mother, which were on hiatus during the strike, but I'm not sure.
Yes, it was made during the writers' strike and premiered online in three parts, a new act each night, in July of 2008.

The cast did an audio commentary for this thats also in song form and actually better than the original

You'd know Felicia Day from The Guild (her web series), Supernatural, MST3K (she was on the 2017 reboot), The Magicians, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Eureka, Dollhouse. Lots of little parts in lots of awesome geeky shows.
It's actually funny you mentioned recognizing Felicia Day as someone you vaguely remember who cursed a lot and such in a show and you're wearing the Legend of Zelda shirt. She was also in the web series Legend of Neil, where she played the fairy.
