Mannnn I’m in my late 20s & this is so relatable. Ive had my license for years & always had driving anxiety that got worse after accidents & after nor driving & car maintenance issues . I over think everything & am so scared of getting hit . Its nice to see we arent alone & exposure helps ❤️
Always remember. Anxiety is just a burst of nervous emotions. Nothing more. I get anxious when I drive too and I have to keep reminding myself. Whenever I feel those sensations I laughed out loud and tell myself “this is fun” and it goes away.

Same here! I'm an older driver and my heart races on the road when I'm driving with my mom. Idk how it'd be to drive with others. My fear is getting to a point where it may be confusing and I don't know what to do and then people are like wtf are you doing?!

I know I’m super late to this video but I appreciate you so much! I have driving anxiety too! just last week I had to drive my husband home from the hospital on the freeway and I hadn’t drove on the freeway for two years! Weeks before I was getting more anxious about it and when the day came My heart was racing and I was trying to just breathe the whole way and relax!
The bridge is a Overpass👍🏻 & it looks like a freeway to me but also i moved to a different state so freeways, highways, interstates look different in every state i guess 🤷🏻♀️freeways arent that big of a deal they just have 2 or more lanes and highways usually dont and highways are back roads rather then main street looking👏🏻you'll get more comfortable driving soon i did
I suffer the same, I got my license last year and have not been on the highway. My car battery has been sitting dead along with my car in the driveway for months :(. Watching this was helpful.

I’m doing pretty good I don’t get nervous every time I have to drive somewhere anymore. I still don’t drive on the freeway unless I’m with someone. My next step is to really tackle the freeway.
I also have driving anxiety, I'm in drivers Ed rn and on Thursday I drive on the highway for the first time I'm so nervous, it will also be my last lesson then I'm done with driver Ed!!! Then I can get my license!!

Have the same way haven’t driven in 6 months. Getting my suv this week and got to practice more with driving. My mother going let me drive to church tomorrow with her car. Ain’t going to drive by myself with my suv. Unit. They feel like I am ready
