Darrel... i'm only 15 minutes into your tutorial and you've pointed out what made me go astray from using Wordpress. I've used Squarespace, Shopify, Wix and even Dreamweaver in my earlier days. From one ex-instructor to another, you are very clear in your explanations, to the point examples and I love the quirky side comments of your personality coming out :) --it reminds me of myself talking. If you are 15, dont focus on wordpress.. go for HTML/CSS/JS/Frameworks/Back-end stuff.. by your 25 you will be making at least 50k/year. Thank me later.

Wow, THANK YOU!!! I've been so frustrated trying to figure out wordpress and after someone sent me a link to your tutorial, I created my first ever landing page!!! I know it wasn't that difficult, but without your guidance, I'm not sure I would have made it this far! I had been told to be leary of downloading too many plug-ins so I was trying to format my website without them. Well, I don't know if that's possible, but it made me want to throw my computer out the window. Now I have what looks like an actual website! I can't wait to finish your video this weekend! I have a question for you, I was using an Envato template for my site but some of the pages (contact us, coming soon page) in the template require me to download elementor pro. I don't want to do that right now, so my question is, can I or is it possible to use some pages from a different template in Envato? Does the same theme pack have to be used through out the site or I can pick and choose some from one theme pack and some from another? Hope my question makes sense. Also, do you have a tutorial of how to add a coming soon page?

Also, as far as hosting, I went with Host Gator and tried to upgrade to their multi-page version and was told I would have to pay full price since I got my one-time discount. Would this be the same with Site Ground?
both are pretty solid,. If you are using hostgator, RUN. Their hosting sucks and i have the best web hosting video to prove it ruclips.net/video/sIQ_LGL7cB8/видео.html Brizy is also solid for a free builder. You can uses either builder :)

Hi Darrel, first of all thank you so much for all your tutorials! I built my first site using your tutorial 5 years ago, and I'm back again to build yet another one with your help. I have a question for you, I was using an Envato template for my site but some of the pages (contact us, coming soon page) in the template require me to download elementor pro. I don't want to do that right now, so my question is, can I or is it possible to use some pages from a different template in Envato? Does the same theme pack have to be used through out the site or I can pick and choose some from one theme pack and some from another? Hope my question makes sense. Also, do you have a tutorial of how to add a coming soon page?

Thanks Darrel! Two quick questions. Elementor or Brizy? I have heard positive things about both. Also, as far as hosting, I went with Host Gator and tried to upgrade to their multi-page version and was told I would have to pay full price since I got my one-time discount. Would this be the same with Site Ground?
both are pretty solid,. If you are using hostgator, RUN. Their hosting sucks and i have the best web hosting video to prove it ruclips.net/video/sIQ_LGL7cB8/видео.html
Brizy is also solid for a free builder. You can uses either builder :)
