Good info and good vid, but I ended up having to call AAA anyway for my flat tire. The bolts were on way too tight for the simple wrench provided in the spare tire kit.
I wish you had a bit more detail on locating the jacking point! The manual isn’t that helpful besides telling you to look for the arrow (ok, but how far in is the jacking point?!) Thanks anyway.
never seen this plastic wheel bolt removal tool in the UK, what is the part number as not supplied with space saver kit ? Or do you mean the back of the plastic handle with screwdriver slot?

You need to pull up and it’s easy, pushing it makes it near impossible. Then one kick on the wheel behind will loosen it
Most of the time I need to add extra leverage with a cheater bar

The wrench is stupid short. I had to use a regular wrench to remove the bolts.
