    Here I am at 12:10am looking up pork tenderloin recipes! I love this! I am actually making pizza for dinner tomorrow and hubby does the Supreme thing but I want a bbq pork pizza. Of course I just figured out I am out of my favorite bbq sauce and I hate making one because its cooking it on the stove that puts me off! I also got these Smithfield pork tenderloin marked down 50% off. They are smokehouse marinated but I got them for $2.75 (1.7lbs) and its a single loin but they cheat and its cut part off the sirloin end of a loin. So it will make great pulled pork. You are a life saver! Getting ready to make your recipe right now! I have 6 pressure cookers and a ninja with the air fryer is perfect for your recipe! And the fact that I can make your sauce in the microwave makes me crazy happy! We are empty nesters so I get pizza plus a great pork meal for the second night! I think I will slice and make pork sliders! Sorry so windy here but I am in awe of this recipe! You are a pressure cooker GODDESS! MY HUSBAND WILL THANK YOU! SUBSCRIBED!

    Made for supper .. Amazing !! I changed up a couple tiny things .. Rolled tenderloin in dry rub on a plate.. I brushed the Bbq sauce on the meat all sides and pressure cooked for 5 more min on high .. Yummy .. Delish .. Natural release for 5 min .. Quick release and enjoy :)

      @@DiningWithTara I thought it would be soft & spreadable, but it wasn’t. I added the oil & salt and wrapped it in foil. Just not sure if I did something wrong. Should I cook it more in the oven?

    • @DiningWithTara
      @DiningWithTara  3 года назад

      Tricia, did you cook it for 19 minutes with the pork - and allow 10 minutes of natural pressure? It should be super soft. Alternatively, you can cook it in the oven until it's super soft 💜

    • @triciamcfarland8823
      @triciamcfarland8823 3 года назад

      @@DiningWithTara yes I did what you did.

    • @DiningWithTara
      @DiningWithTara  3 года назад

      I'm not sure why it wasn't buttery soft - I would cook it longer in either a toaster oven or conventional oven if the next time you make this the garlic is still too hard. Or try not closing the packet and leaving it like a foil bowl - things cook faster if not covered 💜
