He has had a bumpy road to travel on throughout his life and he is great at telling the story. Listening to the stories he has told over the years I find that I have a lot of compassion for him. Chet, I know that you will never see this comment but I hope you have success and peace for the rest of your days and you strive to stay on the straight and narrow path. Much love man

He is right about how bad the conditions are in India. I've made friends who have told me how bad it is there.
Imagine having absolutely nothing, with nothing to do, to be able to provide for yourself.
No socks, No shoes, No sandals, No shirt, No shelter, No bed, No pot. All you have is the dirt that covers you.
All you want is a chance, to prove your worth, to work, for free, because the feeling of being worthless is a death sentence.

You can see in Chet’s eyes that he has a true desire to change and let go of his past. I believe Chet doesn’t have a lot of people in his life that really tell him how it is on an empathetic level, as Patrick did in this interview. Chet was crying, so you know he has a conscience and isn’t happy with where his mind goes at times, but it seems he is pushing to do better. I’ve always found forgiveness is not for the people who hurt you but for you to let go of that baggage. Also, forgiving is not forgetting, I’ll forgive everyone but it’s not like I forget what they did, meaning I’ll never put that person in a circumstance where they can hurt me again.

He has to change the product and mentality he is selling himself.

I grew up around guys like him. People like him were my role models. On the streets, those were the most dangerous people. You can tell by the look in their eyes that they were serious business. You never know what they would do until it was done. But those who know....know. That's a hard life filled with pain and distrust. The old saying went: "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer". May the Lord bless in moving forward. His intensity and anger took me back to those days. May the Lord be a light unto his feet and a lamp unto his path, as David had prayed.

I don't think he should change. I like how he is. He had a hard life, so why shouldn't he be a tough guy? What is wrong with being a tough Indian who can fight and defend people? We need more people who can speak up and stand up for what is right. He is protecting Indian girls in an orphanage, doing his art, selling health products, talks to his family, shares his story . . . what else do you want from this guy? He can't act like some meek guy because he faced a lot of challenges meek people don't face. I don't think it is for you to judge him on the quality of his life.
I respect him a lot, and I like that he is different. I like that he is ready to fight. Do you think a meek person can call out pedophiles or scare them away? I like the fire in his eyes. I don't think it is rage; I think it is experience. It could come out, but then why shouldn't it? Why shouldn't he be a lion and not a lamb? I hate when people judge others just for being tough. The system is evil, and he knows it.

The first 5 minutes of the interview i was about to stop as i couldn't listen to Chet but i gave it a chance because i truly believe that there is no one that can make you embrace a conversation like Pat and by the end i was very moved and emotional. Great interview again. Pat helped me to become more rational and logical as also more open to this world even tough i have never meet him. He truly wants the best for humanity and if people can't see it then they most likely never will as their emotions take over. Thank you Pat. You are a true Leader. The more Chet talked the more i felt it and Pat allowed him to express himself. Trauma can cause a lifetime damage but it can also be understood, embraced and forgiven in order to take charge of your life again. Don't give up Chet. You are still here your mission is not accomplished yet. This is the first time ever i actually felt a serious emotions and compassion during an interview. Thank you Pat.

To me, Chet is a success story already. What many people don't realize is that from his initial position, simply making it out is a success. A HUGE success is to have it different for your child. Not the same, but with fancy toys and clothes. To many success is a different thing. Going from average to above average is a success. Going from living hell on earth to whatever else more positive is a success. I'm very lucky to have had it immensely better than Chet, but people close to me aren't. I have always admired them for the progress they made - a true success that lives on to have a much bigger impact on their children. Breaking such a cycle, to me, is nothing compared to business success. The wealth generated within such a broken family would lead to nothing but even greater destruction if the children are terrorized just like their parents. Imagine if 19-year-old Chet had serious resources. It would have gotten way worse - more violence, more drugs. Keeping his background in mind, it is a huge success to simply allow your children to have a different childhood, let alone provide them with private schooling. His child has gone on a path I assume they wanted and Chet provided for them. This is a success story. Out of all this chaos, he managed to create for his child as much of a dream-life as he possibly could.
To the question posed by the video, I believe he could change and I hope he does.

Yes, and that would be why Pat was encouraging him to find a way to change. I have a son much like Chet. He's had a lot of unfortunate circumstances that happen to him -- they have PTSD. But they have to get help to work out their anger.

This guy is not normal & is a perfect example of what happens when you lose control of your mind & lose your purpose in life. This is also why great leaders are so important in our society, so we don't produce products like Chet. Seems like he's on something during the interview as well, I hope he finds the help & peace he needs. Pat, I think you know this turned more into a therapy session/rant than an interview. You're a good man for trying to walk him to the light & trying to inspire him to do better. I found it fascinating how you handled it. P.S. he mentioned he was in Karachi 11 times @34:00min , after telling you earlier in the interview he wasn't going to mention how many trips he took. Hope he can become a better role model for his youngest. #PrayForChet

Chet can definitely change and I too will be praying for him. Just because he did not have the opportunity to have a decent education he is not able to express himself clearly and articulate his words well but he is more genuine than a lot of highly educated people out there. He has more heart and his authenticity is so much more valuable. He talks expresses himself with real and honest body language and not with rhetoric and sophisticated words rhat we always all want to hear with those witty one liners. Id take Chet over any of those people any day because you cant find authentic and genuine people like him these says from how the world has conditioned everyone to be. Hes lived his life bulldozing through all that by just being genuine to himself. Keep goin Chet you have no idea the impact you have made. Your life might’ve just started with this recognition you have made unto this world that desperately needs to hear from people like you…..Real people, no fake.

love this guy, Chet Sandhu is my hero. i do not think Chet needs to "Change" at all, but rather FIND PEACE!its not about becoming different, YOU NEED TO FIND PEACE. everyone's anger is just as relevant when it controls them. normal civilized fake people also suffer from immense amounts of depression and bullshit, but only people who find peace truly "LIVE". people who experience social ostracism for their violent outbursts have a more immediate need for catharisis. those distracted by a circus of social interactions push their dark night of the soul farther and farther away, but never succesfully avoid it.

Chet started out in crime, I believe had no idea into an abyss of hell. Sounds like he went through hell in Spain in that prison which only added to his bad decisions, but to his PTSD.

Yes. It isn't easy at all. Personally I saw so much of myself in this guy. I went thru very similar things in my youth, I also became a criminal, and spent many years raging with hatred inside me. But 6 years ago I became aware of just how my actions and even my intentions led to either chaos or despair and how this affected the people around me. And I set out on a journey to find healing, and redemption, I've written a book about what I've learned and how to apply things like courage and determination to good causes and how blessings will become your experience if you choose to bless others instead of cursing them. It has been the hardest yet most liberating thing I've ever had to do. And it's an ongoing process. Everyday is about striving to be a better me than I was yesterday. Chet I believe in you brother you have all the tools and experience to change yourself. Remember this. How deep your darkness is, is also how radiant your light can be. If you choose it to be.. be blessed

Wow, I hope this video goes Viral. I mean 100MM+ views. So, Raw & Real!
The energy that exuded off the screen and pain inside of Chet was so evident. You can see him wipe away tears, the 10yr old inside knowing he is someone, he is a Human Being worth something. Yet beat down by circumstances and built up with rage. This was an intense rollercoaster interview. PBD, he said It brother, you helped him and brought out his passion.
Your interview style engaged him and left him uplifted, to keep fighting to change. Your last lines of GOD using the broken to rebuild and be triumphs is so true. WOW is my only last thoughts.
To answer the Q: YES I believe Chet is on the verge of transformation but he needs a real mental health person to help him and work alongside him for permanent change. To me, his own current self, his will to internally know he needs it and has in many ways changed is just such a great story.
    Again, WOW 🙏👊🔥👊🔥👊🔥

Yes. Chet can heal and learn to forgive, not only those who've hurt him, but also himself for his own misdeeds in life. Even at 53 years old. I'm living proof at 48 years old. I've also lived through a good amount of pain and trauma. Had to endure prejudice and bullying as a kid, all the way up to abusive romantic relationships as an adult. I had an abusive step father and a lot more. It did take a few things from me to really kick the healing process into gear though. It took people in my life who genuinely love me and refuse to give up on me. It's required an unwavering faith in God and it's taken the courage to face my pain an trauma and really forgive myself. I've got a long way to go still, but the difference in my life is really noticeable. It also takes a humble and grateful heart. I truly believe that Chet has a positive future.

Everybody can change, the thing is if he can change in a way of becoming some kind of inspiration or help other people and leave the rage behind. Transform that anger in something positive and become the best version he could be.
