As a colombian whose lived in colombia (and goes there frequently) and has/had family ties with Cartels i can say ive witness multiple government personnel and military officials getting paychecks from cartels they are just puppets in the show

My opinion is this, a complete misunderstanding and unreasonable action!!!!!! :( when you think about the Italian mafia and drug cartels, it "ONLY" brought much more misfortune than any happiness or satisfaction. if someone only stole food from a supermarket, it would be better for them than mafia activities (not that I would recommend any criminal activity at all).
