Raised catholic. Loved mary loved god. But never read the bible or knew the gospel. How i was so deceived. Born again last year thank jesus, and god led me to a reformed baptist bible teaching community
I was raised Catholic. It led me into depression and Atheism. Thanking God for His grace and mercy because I am Born Again for 20 years. My husband and mother, also both Catholic, who saw the amazing change in me, also gave their lives to Christ and are Born Again. My mother went to be with the Lord 11 years ago as a Born Again believer. My husband and I love Christ with all our hearts, minds and strength. Thank you for this. The rest of my Catholic family think I'm a heretic and refuse to listen to me. I pray for their eyes to be opened 🙏🙏🙏

No matter how hard I TRY, I can’t stop myself from crying when I hear a girl like this sound so hopeless… I wish I could reach through the screen and give her THE BIGGEST hug to let her know that she is SO LOVED by a dad that doesn’t even know her…ME!!!
I used to be like her I was prescribed Sertraline, and Trazodone because I suffered from clinical depression, and insomnia. It wasn't until I got delivered and accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior that I no longer suffered from those things
For someone who says she’s depressed and would die if it was not that expensive, (what does that mean .) she looks upbeat, she’s taking care of her looks, she’s smiling, I don’t see depression, but it does have funny faces. Hers doesn’t look depressed. I wish her well if she is. And for her to look at life as expensive and worth it.
I have asked many people who are Catholic if they have been born again and they don’t understand what it means. I used to be Catholic but thank God the Lord led me to read the Bible and now I’m no longer Catholic but only follow Jesus Christ and I have been born again. All Glory to God!
God gives you a new hearth and new desires. Everything becomes new, suddenly you don't have the conscience to sin anymore. And you want to spend time with God more then anything. Keeping His commandment out of love for Him. It's complete opposite of rituals and all those things so many catholics and other religious people do. A religious man will do as little as possible, but a born again Christian can't have enough time with Jesus.
@Quint-ib4nfIf you read John chapter 3, it says we must be born of the spirit in order to see the kingdom of God, which if you read Ephesians chapter 1 has the definition of believing in Jesus Christ and being sealed by the Holy Spirit. "12 that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory. 13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. I hope this was helpful, God bless

"Are you born again-the way the Bible understands that concept?" If the Evangelical has not been properly water baptized, he has not been born again "the Bible way," regardless of what he may think. The Born Again Movement traces its origin early in the 19th century.Born Again Movement arrived at our shores in the late 1930’s and gained its popularity in the 70’s and 80’s which is considered the golden era of Born Again Movement During these years membership in various Born Again Churches increased because they where able to infiltrate mainline Protestant Churches and had lured nominal Catholics into their fold. However their steady growth ceases starting the year 1990 and their membership declined in the succeeding years. In the year 2000 Born Again Churches from the United States sent their missionaries in the Philippines to re-established the Born Again Movement and this time their primary mission is no longer to infiltrate Protestant and Catholic Churches but targeted the youth in schools particularly college students.Born Again evangelist does not want to discuss the history of the Christian church, in their Bible studies with their prospects, they intentionally limit the discussion to the Bible alone. They conceal the history of the Christian religion because it will show that their movement did not originate from the apostles. It is necessary for them to negate history because St. Paul warned us not to accept teachings that did not originate from the apostles Gal.1:8 and Born Again Movement evidently cannot trace the history of their church into the time of the apostles.Clearly Born Again evangelization has deception as its chief foundation and they even used selected passages from the Bible to deceive people. They usually start evangelizing by asking ambiguous questions such as “Are you saved?” or “Are you born again?”, if the person answers “no or I don’t know” they will tell you that you must accept Christ as a Lord and Personal Savior in order to be born again otherwise you will be damned to hell. And if the person will answer “yes” they will invite you to their church and worship with them. And if the person is a Catholic that would mean that you have to leave the Catholic Church and do away your Catholic beliefs about Mary, the Saints, confession etc. Let us be vigilant not to fall to the snares of the Born Again movement.😎😎
"This is my body," not "This is the symbol of my body." Many of his followers walked away because they were disgusted by the teaching (John 6:66). The knew he meant what he was saying. He never called them back and said "Hey I didn't mean it literally." “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.” (John 6:51)
When Jesus says "this is my body" and breaks the bread during the last supper, he is STILL ALIVE at that point so obviously the bread cannot be his actual body. The apostles knew he was speaking figuratively in John 6 too because he spoke figuratively when he said "I am the light of the world" 💡, "I am the true vine", "I am the door" and "I am the good shepherd. They also listened to and understood John 6:63, as all true Christians (definition: John 1:12-13) do but few Catholics do because I have never met a Catholic who regularly reads their Bible and who has regularly read through ALL of Jesus's words including ALL of John 6! "It is the *spirit* that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life" (John 6:63 KJV) You should research "transubstantiation". The concept has its roots in an idea by the PAGAN philosopher Aristotle. It's NOT all about carnal rituals (eating, drinking, tasting, touching, smelling). It's about your heart and SPIRIT. "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a spirit: and *they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth* (John 4:23-24 KJV)
@@leenieledejo6849 It became his body the moment he said it. Human words largely describe reality. But God's words create/change reality. Whatever God says is. So, the bread becomes his flesh the moment he declares it, and likewise the wine becomes his blood as he declares. Why did many of his disciples walk away in disgust in 6:66 if, as you claim, Jesus reassured them in 6:61-64 he did not mean his literal body and blood? Let me break it down for you and let's hope you get what Christ is doing here and why it is a hard teaching to accept just as his followers said before they left. JESUS PROMISES EVERLASTING FOOD: "Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you" (John 6:27). JESUS RE-EMPHASIZES THE EVERLASTING FOOD: "I am the BREAD of life" (Jn 6:35). "I am the BREAD that came down from heaven” (Jn 6:41). "I am the BREAD of life" (Jn 6:48). "I am the living BREAD that came down from heaven" (Jn 6:51). "And this BREAD, which I will give for the life of the world, is My FLESH” (Jn 6:51). "unless you eat the FLESH and drink the blood of the Son of Man, you have no life in you" (Jn 6:53). "Whoever eats My FLESH and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day" (Jn 6:54). "My FLESH is real food (not the perishable manna/food), and My blood is real drink" (Jn 6:55). "Whoever eats My FLESH and drinks My blood remains in Me, and I in him" (Jn 6:56). "he who eats ME will live because of me" (Jn 6:57). "Unlike your fathers, who ate the manna and died, the one who eats this BREAD will live forever” (Jn 6:58). WAS JESUS TALKING ABOUT SYMBOL?: "THIS BREAD, which I will give for the life of the world, IS MY FLESH” (Jn 6:51). "this is My BLOOD OF THE NEW COVENANT, which is shed for many for the remission of sins" (Matt. 26:28). Did Christ shed a symbolic blood for our sins? Was a symbolic Lamb slaughtered on the cross? JESUS FULFILS HIS PROMISE OF GIVING THE WORLD AN EVERLASTING FOOD [by transforming perishable food into an everlasting life-giving food, His Body/Flesh]: “Take and eat; this is My BODY” (Matt. 26:26; Mark 14:22; Luke 22:19). JESUS COMMANDS THEM TO CONTINUE WHAT HE JUST DID (transform perishable food into an everlasting life-giving food, His Body/Flesh) AS OFTEN AS THEY GATHER TO CELEBRATE HIS DEATH AND RESURRECTION: "do this in remembrance of Me” (Luke 22:19; 1 Cor. 11:25). PAUL ADMONISHES CORINTHIAN CHRISTIANS FOR ABUSING THIS EVERLASTING FOOD: "whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord IN AN UNWORTHY MANNER will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord" (1 Cor. 11:27). "Each one must EXAMINE HIMSELF 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 (Read 1 Cor. 10; 1 Cor. 5 to see why) HE EATS of the bread and drinks of the cup" (1 Cor. 11:28). "anyone who eats and drinks without RECOGNIZING THE BODY eats and drinks judgment on himself" (1 Cor. 11:29).
@@Lerian_V Your first paragraph is based on your suppositions, has zero Biblical foundation and actually it would make no sense for God to be like that. God is REASON. He is logic and the source of logic. LIGHT also means CLARITY, SIMPLICITY and REASON. Darkness is the complete opposite. SATAN is the author of confusion, not God. It's Satan who twists God's words in Genesis 3! The first question Satan asks Eve in Genesis 3:1 is: "Did God really say...?" It's FALSE doctrines and FALSE religions which are esoteric by nature. The RCC is the epitome of this. The word OBSCURE (meaning: ambiguous/vague/impenetrable/mysterious) comes from the Latin word for DARKNESS. God is NOT impenetrable! He is light and transparent and WANTS to be known as any good father would have NOTHING to hide! Read Jesus's words in John 16:13: "ALL Truth!!
@@mauriciorodriguez3434 More like a load of absolute nonsense, most of which is copied and pasted from some book written by a man. Catholics elevate doctrines of MAN above the Word of God and as a consequence worship men above God. They worship a man who steals the title of HOLY FATHER from GOD! The one time that "Holy Father" is used in the entire Bible is when Jesus addresses God using that title in John 17:11. The fact Catholics don't know that verse speaks volumes and the fact that it doesn't horrify most of them says everything about how they view God.
My fiancé is catholic and we’ve had many conversations about different doctrines I don’t agree with including infant baptism, transubstantiation, intercession of saints, and confession to name a few. Please pray for our hearts to be opened to nothing but the truth from Christ. Thank you so much for the video and God Bless you Ray.
Dear friend, at my advanced age I've now seen several attempts at a mixed faith (catholic/evangelical) marriages and they ALL have had a very difficult, bumpy ride. A mixed marriage may seem tenable while you are single, young and in love and the hormones are swirling, but once kids come along it's a whole 'nother kettle of fish. There is constant tension over how to raise the kids and OFTEN those (very confused) kids leave behind ANY faith because they became the rope in a religious tug of war. Bear in mind, you will have to agree in the marriage ceremony to raise your children in the catholic tradition if you get married in the catholic church, and you are then bound by your word. Please settle this BEFORE YOU GET MARRIED. This is the time a partner is most willing to change; once they "have you", there is less incentive to do listen, much less change. Your fiancé MAY change their mind after marriage, but it is highly unlikely if theyre not willingto beforehand. If their family is staunchly catholic, there is also an enormous pressure from the clan. If anything, it's often the protestant who caves in because the pressure to conform is too strong and you just want to keep the peace. But eventually the differences can cause distance and resentment in the marriage instead of unity and intimacy, which obviously is not your hoped for goal. Love is a powerful force, but scripture says not to be unequally yoked for a reason: while it is not impossible to work together in the same general direction, it will be full of chafing, missteps, and stumbling. In time, it becomes tiring (or even exhausting) and you run the risk of quitting pulling as a team altogether. Anyway, I see you wrote this four months ago so perhaps you are already married. But if not, I hope you will postpone the wedding until you have this sorted out. I've seen too much pain in relationships in which the couple thought that it "wouldn't be a big deal." I will be praying for you and your fiancé and that you will both put obeying God first in your lives and will enjoy the fruits of that. May God bless you both and give you the same world view if he wants you together. 🙏💕 Blessings to you.

Former Roman Catholic here. Cannot adequately express how liberating and freeing it was to dump my religion and embrace a relationship with Jesus. How great is our God
I’m a Catholic and have a relationship with CHRIST, not only that, but I receive HIS Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in The Eucharist, The Israelites complained of The Manna GOD gave them and murmured against GOD, JESUS said “I AM The Bread which came down from Heaven, and this is The Bread which I give to the world, MY Flesh” “and the Jews murmured saying “how can This MAN give us HIS Flesh to eat”” they did not receive CHRIST, Catholicism is the fullness of Christianity, you just gotta inform yourself more
Man, to refute the arguments given I. This video will take hours to unravel, but these are some simple questions you can think about.. Who compiled The Bible? What did the early Church Believe in? What did the Church fathers say? What did Paul teach? Why did protestantism come years after and disrupted The Unity that all Christians had in The Catholic (Universal) Church? There is more to The Bible, Protestantism reduces its teaching, Catholicism makes clear it’s teaching, take for example why JESUS calls Mary, “Women” and not “mother” if HE was not “honoring HIS mother” that would be against the commandments, HE called her “woman” because Mary stood as the new Eve, just as CHRIST is called by Paul, the “New Adam”

@@raycomfortjustwitnessing I have a couple of questions. What specifically, is the right form of Christianity? The protestant reformation was in 1556, so why did GOD wait so long to correct His church? Discouraging anyone about their particular form of Christianity is petty and is boasting, no? I don't know anything about John Smith or the Mormons, so should I go to Utah and tell them how wrong they are, because I'm something different. Or, should I appreciate that they are Christians? Their Christmas choir are the best, hands down, they seem very devout to Christ in my humble opinion. I was a former scientific atheist, thought it was fairy tales, then I read the bible. The universal truth was undeniable and changed everything. I go to Catholic church and Methodist, I love it all. For some human to tell me that one form is right over another is ridiculous. I'm just glad people are worshipping, because do you feel what is coming? GOD is not happy with His children, our necks are as stiff as ever. No? Am I wrong?
@ericpowell7547 The "right" form of Christianity is the form that preaches and obeys the gospel. To answer one of your questions: I believe the Catholic Church has strayed further and further from what is taught in the Bible. It is now quickly destroying itself, as it strays further. Also, protestant churches can also be false - take prosperity churches, and the Church of England (which recently permitted the blessing of sinful unions) as examples. Regarding Mormons, they disobey the commandment, given at the end of Revelations, that warns against adding to the scriptures.

@@harrymcalpin8366 Can you please tell me where in the Bible it is described as the God-breathed, only infallible source for the Church on faith and morals? I've read the Bible searching and never found it...I'm not the only one with no success. But even if it is there, who would be its most reliable interpreter, the Church over the Millennia, or Ray (and I like Ray, so absolutely no offense to him personally!). Still, everything he says is contradicted by another Protestant tradition, aside from a few basics. And much is rejected by the original Reformers. So that's why I wonder if he is capable of a informed debate with those he excludes from the family of Jesus Christ, based on his personal reading, or a reading based on his local tradition. God bless him, though! And God bless you!
Also, I'm unfamiliar with the term 'God-spoken.' By this do you mean that the Bible is the Word of God, because that's the phraseology normally used? Catholics and Protestants agree that the Bible is the Word of God, a God-breathed, infallible source for faith and morals in the Church universal. Catholics and Protestants also agree that the Bible has dual-authorship, human and Divine, the Spirit working through the mortal being. Unfortunately Ray never, in his dozens of interviews with Catholics, raises this fundamental commonality. Or any commonalities, as far as I can tell, for rhetorical effect, or, out of ignorance, or both. The difference in the Catholic model of authority versus the Protestant one is significant, though. Catholics rely on the Scriptural model, as in the Scriptures themselves (the Bereans), Church authority (Acts 15), and sacred Tradition, as in Paul passing on his teaching 'in word and letter,' as one of many examples. The Scripture alone model is foreign to those who studied under the Apostles, the early Church, and the Church, for the most part until the 16th century, and even then, until now, it is very much a minority position. I would like to hear Ray defend his model, rather than exploit the weakness of unlearned Catholics.

Flee from the Chaldeans [who reign there]! Declare with a voice of jubilation, proclaim this, Send it out to the end of the earth; Say, “The Lord has redeemed His servant Jacob.” They did not thirst when He led them through the deserts. James 5:16 clearly says, “Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.” God assures us that while our relationship with him is personal, it's not private. Because we're a body, what we do in our personal lives affects our brothers and sisters in Christ.
That is in a meaning of community, it doesn't mean you need to confess yourself to a priest so that all your guilt just disappears magically, that's not how it works.
Like all Protestants your completely taking these quotes out of context the Bible even talks about the importance of sacred tradition example praying to the saints
@@xeditionstarwars6011 - Be careful with tradition! Jesus said "Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.' For laying aside the commandment of God, you keep the tradition of men... "All too well you reject the commandment of God, so you may keep your tradition." (Mark 7: 2-9.) Where in the Bible do you see the Bible supporting the idea of praying to dead humans?
As a Catholic i have engaged in conversations with protestants who know little to nothing about their beliefs. Do I make them the standard for what their church teaches? No. Does that make their beliefs false? No. Why doesnt Ray Comfort do the same? Why doesnt he ever engage practicing Catholics who actually know their beliefs and know what they're talking about?
@speedtripper No one is disputing anything. These same old arguments have been answered. The problem here is that Ray Comfort targets ignorant catholics who don't know their faith and uses that to "show" others why catholicism is false. Why doesn't Ray talk to educated catholic apologists who know their stuff?
Unfortunately, even well-versed “practicing Catholics” cannot defend the 10 points raised - using scripture (God’s Word and final authority on all matters). So it makes no difference if he (Ray) spoke to 2 random people or the pope! Read your Bible. The verses have been provided.
My brothers and sisters in Christ, l thank the Lord for His love and mercy and the grace given to me to believe and follow Him. I was far away from my Saviour but by His providence l was led to the Catholic Church where His true presence strengthens and armours me. Through His rock (Peter ) He shepherds us by the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit as He has since pentecost. As Jesus said "Truly (solemnly) l tell you, if you do not eat my flesh and drink my blood you do not have life in you". 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 God bless us all and may the prayers of the saints rise as incense to Heaven. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I had grown up seeing the way the cathoics dress and act. I somehow knew that was the exact opposite of the way Jesus was and taught. I had always rejected The Bible as whole because of that contradiction. I had gotten a book about the history of the catholic church from a cab driver and it changed my life understanding that Jesus and what the catholic church are VERY different things. My Bible and I cannot be separated now.
Praying for her, I can relate. Life is hard.. and it can become VERY hard depending aboout lot of stuf... health, family, love, war... anxiety. But in Jesus, we have an eternal friend, which is also our King and savior. Praying for both of them, the hope of salvation is the most valuable thing we can possess. God bless everyone.
I used to watch a few videos about Ray Comfort after being saved by Christ on December. It wasn't until I got curious why people like Ray and other protestant RUclipsrs attacking the faith I was born into which is Catholicism. After learning about the miracles, the power of the rosary, the Eucharist, as well as watching a lot of apologetics on catholicism. I choose to comeback to my faith as a Catholic. If it weren't for your bashing of my faith then I would not have comeback from catholicism. Thank you, Ray. For making me comeback and loving my Catholic faith.

History shows us that Jesus didn't leave us a bible, the apostles didn't tell us which books belong in the bible, the church fathers never agreed on the 27 books of the NT through the 4th century, not only did they not agree but their list of would-be NT canons were GROWING during this time. So, if it wasn't the Catholic/Orthodox church, guided by the Holy Spirit, that compiled the 27 books of the NT in the 5th century, just 75 years AFTER the council of Nicaea which began the Trinitarian doctrine, and then with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and preserved these scriptures by laboriously hand copying them over and over throughout the centuries before the invention of the printing press, the “rule of faith” for many, please tell us, show us, who did? And if this church no longer exists today, what good is the text which came forth from her if she couldn't sustain herself?
Wow watch your mouth ! What we believe as catholics will lead us to hell? You don't know what we believe. You are believeing what a non catholic is saying. They did not understand but they followed Jesus. There are many scientists that study eucharistic Miracles . When host bleeds. Same DNA, same blood type, can tell what part of heart and a living heart not dead. And severely beaten heart . Almost to death. Jesus shows us these miracles so we who doubt believe. But prodestants reject and don't understand or know about them. Because they are closes off to see the truth
It was the catholic church put bible together And there are 27 books in prodestant bible not catholic bible because prodestants too out 7 books cux they didn't like them. Cux they didn't understand them. But yet they believe the bible is divinely written by the holy spirit. But then that means they contradict themselves cuz the holy spirit does not make mistakes but yes that's what you are saying if you think they needed to be taken out

I legit just got out of work 2 hours ago after having a talk with my Catholic boss about religion. He’s a very kind dude and enjoys talking about Catholicism, but the moment I asked how saints can hear multiple prayers, he freaked out and said “well I guess I’m going to hell since I pray to saints!!!” It’s very fascinating that this video basically got posted the moment I finished my discussion.
Catholics do not pray TO saints.. we pray through them on our behalf. Even St Paul prayed to the dead on behalf of him. Even the jewish people prayed through the dead. And Mother Mary is not mentioned ONCE during Sunday Mass. We believe in the Trinity.
I went to a catholic school, they absolutely do pray to saints. In my ignorance, I uttered some of their blasphemous prayers. It's terrible. Roman Catholism is apostate and not of our Lord

Rev 5 :8-12 😂😂 ➨ INTERCESSION of the SAINTS: REV 5 v 8... 8 When he took it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each of the elders held a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the holy ones. 9 They sang a new hymn: "Worthy are you to receive the scroll and to break open its seals, for you were slain and with your blood you purchased for God those from every tribe and tongue, people and nation. Only an Omniscient God can understand all the languages of all nations Nations..John Is a creature and Cant. Only an Omniscient God. 13 Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, everything in the universe, cry out: "To the one who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor, glory and might, forever and ever."Now John HERD ALL THIS all those languages of the earth. How did He hear all those Languages and understand them . God Had to have made it possible for John why couldn’t he do that for those in Heaven as well.. So why cant Mary and the saints hear since they have an Omniscient God to Make things Know to them the saints don’t have to Be Omniscient. God gave them that ability. What are , the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders doing with . Those Prayers in their hands the prayers of the holy ones. Why did God give those Prays to them to Give them to Him 9When he broke open the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar 8 the souls of those who had been slaughtered because of the witness they bore to the word of God.10 cried out in a loud voice, "How long will it be, holy and true master, 9 before you sit in judgment and avenge our blood on the inhabitants of the earth?"11Each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to be patient a little while longer until the number was filled of their fellow servants and brothers who were going to be killed as they had been. This Makes It Know to those Saints In Heaven That God would avenge the saints On earth at a Further tine The lord can Make know to those in heaven what happens on earth at a future time They are Now aware of thing going on Now do you think since they pray to the Lord they would not be praying to the Lord for their Brothers and Sisters of their fellow servants and brothers who were going to be killed as they had been to preserve them as the others had been . What act of Love are Christians told to do for one another Pray for one another Rev18: 19-24 What’s the reaction to those in heaven… To the destruction Of Babylon On earth if they aren’t made aware of what’s happening on earth. God made them aware giving Biblical proof that The Saints can be made aware of what’s taking place on Earth. They must have seen it Because allowed them to see it. Mathew 18:6-7 Do not harm little children because God loves them as well as Babes in the Faith Physically or spiritually. . 6But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Why does he say this “Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven. What does that mean the Angles are assigned to these children to watch over them and pray for them. They go before the father and Intercede for them . How do Angles know what is taking place on earth Angles are not Omniscient God thru the Holy Sprit reveals it to them they don’t have to be Omniscient. Luke 15:7 I tell you, in just the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance. How can People in heaven rejoice over someone coming to repentance? If they’re not aware of their repentance. Now since Mary and the Saints are In heaven are they aware of their repentance and rejoice. Those in Heaven must be aware of what’s happening on Earth. Luke 15:10 In just the same way, I tell you, there will be rejoicing among the angels of God over one sinner who repents." Those in Heaven must be aware of what’s happening on Earth i 8 2 14 The four living creatures answered, "Amen," and the elders fell down and worshiped. 10 You made them a kingdom and priests for our God, and they will reign on earth." 11 I looked again and heard the voices of many angels who surrounded the throne and the living creatures and the elders. They were countless 5 in number, 12 and they cried out in a loud voice: "Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches, wisdom and strength, honor and glory and blessing." 13 end of discussion
Your boss probably overreacted out of ignorance. We believe that all the dead who go to heaven can hear the requests of the living on earth since in the afterlife we are no longer as directly subject to time as we are now. For this principle the dead can listen to the requests of the living even at the same time. Saints are simply people who distinguished themselves in life by martyrdom or miracles (granted by God through them), and therefore were canonized. We don't pray to the saints directly because they have some superpower, but we ask them to intercede for us (which means praying to God for us). The prayer to Mary works in the same way. Generally we ask a saint to pray for us because his life faced similar problems to ours and therefore he can understand us. "Prayers" to the saints are not necessary, they are a symbol of a friendship with a person who has gone through the same difficulties as us and has overcome them. Clearly any requests to the saints do not replace prayers to God. Furthermore, I apologize in advance if I used the verb "pray" incorrectly. The fact is that in Italian and Latin languages this word simply means "to plead" or "to ask", so it is also used in common language to people in phrases like "I pray you, help me". I think it is for this reason that speaking in english some Catholics say they pray to the saints and others say they don't, it depends on the language of origin.
I’m born again Catholic and I love those who come to Christ despite the differences in beliefs. We must all come together and fight the enemy and spread the good news.
If you are truly born again, you won't remain a Catholic because the doctrine of regeneration isn't taught by the Catholic Church/Catholicism. Your "born again Catholic" title puts me in mind of Galatians 3:1-3. If you are born again, why would you want to remain in the Catholic Church/Catholicism where idolatry is so prevalent and part of their worship? No, you would want no part of this; you would "come out from their midst and be separate" (2 Corinthians 6:14-17).
A major cause of depression is constantly eating low nutrient foods, especially the lack of B vitamins. Most people are ignorant of nutrition. Eat only nutrient-rich foods and take nonsynthetic supplements.
It’s really sad because I used to be a Catholic but never knew the Gospel or God. I believed in God but had no view of him other than religious practices on Sunday and that is what I thought God was about and I quickly realized it was all religion not a relationship. And when I wanted to know more about God, I opened the Bible for the first time and realized it’s supposed to be relationship with Jesus Christ, not a religion practice every weekend. I was born again 7 months ago and I thank God for all that he has and continues to do for me. I pray Catholics and all religions around the world come to Christ and realize what Jesus did for them. I ask Catholics all the time, what is the Gospel? And they say the Bible? I say no, and I give the saving message of the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ. Unfortunately Catholicism has blinded or at least not informed Catholics of the one true Gospel. Catholicism preaches another Gospel, which is really no Gospel at all, and Paul says anyone who preaches a false Gospel, let that person be accursed. Galatians 1:6-9. The Council of Trent Canon 32 States "If any one saith, that the good works of one that is justified are in such manner the gifts of God, as that they are not also the good merits of him that is justified; or, that the said justified, by the good works which he performs through the grace of God and the merit of Jesus Christ, whose living member he is, does not truly merit increase of grace, eternal life, and the attainment of that eternal life, ...and also an increase of glory; let him be anathema." We do not earn grace, we do not earn salvation, we do not merit salvation or grace, we do not deserve grace thus it being grace, and we do not deserve salvation or eternal life. It is a gift. Ephesians 2:8-9 says "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- 9 not by works, so that no one can boast." We can not boast because we do not earn nor deserve eternal life. Catholics can never know if they will go to Heaven because they think they have to do good works to go to Heaven and they think they merit grace and eternal life. But it is a gift of God as Ephesians 2:8-9. We can know we have eternal life. 1 John 5:13. (Credit to Ray Comfort for the formula) This is the Gospel: The Gospel means the Good news. But before I give the good news I have to tell you the bad news so you appreciate the good news. The bad news is all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23. We know we all sinned and we know what sin is. And the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23. It’s like a judge paying a criminal that killed people, death for their crime. God is doing the same thing. We deserve death because of our sins. If you ever lied, stolen, hated, committed blasphemy (used God’s name in vain), killed, lusted, had pride in your heart or any other sin in your life you sinned against God and deserve death. But the good news is you can be forgiven by the grace of God. Most people know Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins but they do not know this, and if you can get a grip of this it will change your life forever. The 10 Commandments are called the moral law, you and I broke the law, but Jesus paid the fine. That is why Jesus said “it is finished” right before he died, he was saying paid in full. In court, if someone pays your fine you can leave and it is legal. God can legally take the death sentence off of you all because of what Jesus did on the cross. Then he rose on the third day according to the scriptures ( 1 Corinthians 15:4) and defeated death itself, and if you simply repent and put your trust in Jesus, you have God’s promise and he can not lie, that he will grant you everlasting life. Ask God to change your heart and your desires to love what is right not what is wrong. That’s what it means to be born again. Jesus said unless you are born again you will not see the kingdom of God. John 3:3. When you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior and pass from death to life all because of God’s mercy, it’s a personal miracle that you can be radically changed from loving sin to loving God. God is gracious and he will provide. 2 Chronicles 30:9. Philippians 4:19. Ask and you shall receive. Seek and you shall find. Matthew 7:7. Jesus is calling all to repent. Acts 17:30. Jesus said repent or likewise perish. But God is not willing that any should perish but all come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9. Jesus wants to have a relationship with you. It’s not about religion. All these other gods are fake and Satan distracting you from Jesus. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me.” John 14:6. “God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him, shall not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16. God bless. Repent and put your truth and faith in Jesus Christ. That is the Gospel. Catholics do not believe in being Spiritually born again and God changing your desires renewing your heart to love what is right vs what is wrong. But Jesus said unless a man is born again, he will not see the kingdom of God. John 3:3. So ask God to change you and to convert you to love what is right not wrong. Ask God for the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will convict you of your sins and guide you to all truth. John 16:8, John 16:13. God bless. Repent and trust in Jesus

@@juanit0tackit0tackito2 Transubstantiation is a heretical doctrine. In the Catechism CCC 1374-1378, it is believed that the body, blood, soul, and divinity of Jesus Christ is truly in Eucharist. Catholics take John 6:53 literally and that is why the Catholic Church came up with this doctrine that every Sunday u sacrifice Jesus again and take him down from Heaven and take his flesh and blood and eat and drink it. But there is no flesh or blood in Heaven. 1 Corinthians 15:50. Jesus was sacrificed once and for all. Jesus did not endorse cannibalism. Jesus’s blood was not shed yet at the last supper. Jesus turned water into wine John 2:9 not wine into his literal blood. Jesus said these things I say to you are Spirit and life. John 6:63. Hebrews 10:10,12,14. The priests keep doing sacrifices every week like but it is not sufficient nor necessary Hebrews 10:11. To think that for 1250 years only 12 people had life in them is preposterous. It is symbolic. Jesus said he is the bread of life. John 6:35. Jesus said he is the door. John 10:9. Jesus said man shall not live by bread alone. Matthew 4:4. Jesus said give us this day our daily bread. Matthew 6:11. Jesus is not saying we have to eat bread everyday or only bread. Jesus is saying it as Spiritual food, not physical food. Jesus gave it as physical food to the Israelites back then but not now. Now it is and it has always been Spiritual. Transubstantiation according to Catholicism is, “When the priest announces the words of consecration, he reaches up into the heavens, brings Christ down from His throne, and places Him upon Our altar to be offered up again as the Victim for the sins of man It is a power greater than that of saints and angels. The priest speaks and lo! Christ, the eternal and omnipotent God, bows his head in humble obedience to the priest's cornmand”-Priest John O’Brien. Catholicism is a religion and they preach religion, not relationship with Jesus. Read God’s word, not man’s word. God bless. Repent and trust in Jesus
@@juanit0tackit0tackito2 Jesus broke his own body or was it symbolic because the next day he would be crucified and his body would be broken? Do this in remembrance of me.” 20 And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.” Jesus broke his own body?
@@juanit0tackit0tackito2 Hebrews 10:11: “And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.” Sounds like Catholic Mass. For, in the name of God the Father . . . and of our Savior Jesus Christ, and of the Holy Spirit [Matt. 28:19], they then receive the washing with water. For Christ also said,‘Unless you are born again, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven’ [John 3:3]” (First Apology 61). Around 190 A.D., Irenaeus, the bishop of Lyons, wrote, “And [Naaman] dipped himself . . . seven times in the Jordan’ [2 Kgs. 5:14]. It was not for nothing that Naaman of old, when suffering from leprosy, was purified upon his being baptized, but [this served] as an indication to us. For as we are lepers in sin, we are made clean, by means of the sacred water and the invocation of the Lord, from our old transgressions, being spiritually regenerated as newborn babes, even as the Lord has declared: ‘Except a man be born again through water and the Spirit, he shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven’ [John 3:5]” (Fragment 34). In the year 252 A.D., Cyprian, the bishop of Carthage, said that when those becoming Christians “receive also the baptism of the Church . . . then finally can they be fully sanctified and be the sons of God . . . since it is written, ‘Except a man be born again of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God’ [John 3:5]” (Letters 71[72]:1). Augustine wrote, “From the time he [Jesus] said, ‘Except a man be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven’ [John 3:5], and again, ‘He that loses his life for my sake shall find it’ [Matt. 10:39], no one becomes a member of Christ except it be either by baptism in Christ or death for Christ” (On the Soul and Its Origin 1:10 [A.D. 419]). Augustine also taught, “It is this one Spirit who makes it possible for an infant to be regenerated . . . when that infant is brought to baptism; and it is through this one Spirit that the infant so presented is reborn. For it is not written, ‘Unless a man be born again by the will of his parents’ or ‘by the faith of those presenting him or ministering to him,’ but, ‘Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit’ [John 3:5]. The water, therefore, manifesting exteriorly the sacrament of grace, and the Spirit effecting interiorly the benefit of grace, both regenerate in one Christ that man who was generated in Adam” (Letters 98:2 [A.D. 408]). ONE LORD ONE FATIH ONE BAPTISM “There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all” (Ephesians 4:4-6) The one baptism (and the only valid baptism), is the baptism of the one faith, the baptism authorized by the one Lord and practiced by the one body, the church of Christ. “For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body” (1 Corinthians 12:13).
I participate in daily Catholic mass and every single day the Gospel is taught. I'm shocked that you say the Catholic church teaches nothing about the Gospel.
Owe Him everything including the Bible, right… History shows us that Jesus didn't leave us a bible, the apostles didn't tell us which books belong in the bible, the church fathers never agreed on the 27 books of the NT through the 4th century, not only did they not agree but their list of would-be NT canons were GROWING during this time.
My God and my Loving Father, Please here our prayers. We lift up these two people to you that Ray interviewed, Father You love them more that Your own Son, Please Father Reveal your Love to them and protect this young woman's mind from the attacks of the enemy, Father Please remove her from any idols and witchcraft that may be in her home. Ray needs to be REALLY careful about discrediting mental illness. Depression isn’t always a feeling. Sometimes it is an imbalance in the chemicals in our brain. I love hearing Ray doing these encounters but that angers me because he’s not a doctor and shouldn’t downplay mental health. What he’s doing is making the stigmas against mental health worse.
Stop sitting with excuses do you not believe in a God which can change you in and out? Why lack faith, mental illness is a man made concept, you think the issue on mental illness is him only addressing true sufferers? No only fake ppl
@@ChristEnlightenment And you need to be careful who you spew your bs at. I happen to suffer from bipolar disorder 1 which includes extreme highs and lows. The depressive lows are extreme. It’s no different from my hormonal imbalances in the rest of my body that has cause digestive upset, weight gain and polycystic ovaries. I’m guessing you have absolutely NO medical knowledge whatsoever. I spent the majority of my working career in the medical field. Mental health is NOT “all in the head” or psychosomatic. You tell that to ANY veteran and make sure you do so way out of arms reach. They can tell you the HELL they live through with PTSD and depression and a plethora of other illnesses. I’m a devout Christian but I also know that the maladies of the body are real too. Mental illness is NOT a “man made” problem. It is a biological malfunction. My faith is unshakable. That doesn’t mean my body is in perfect working order because I have Jesus in my heart or because I gave my life over to Him. Yes, my HEART is new and full of grace. What He does for the heart and soul does not change the physical body we were given. Once you have your degree in even BASIC medicine, come back and maybe we can have some modicum of a semi-intelligent conversation.
@@Linda-qw5lk @ChristiEnlightenment I’m very strong in my faith. However, spreading medical falsehoods will only do more damage to those who need professional help.
@@michaelrhodes1981 hi Michael. Can you explain to me how Mathew 13:33 is the will of His Father to assist the Holy mother? I'm genuinely interested in how that came about. Matthew 13:33 KJV Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
Matthew 13:33 He told them another parable. “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven that a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened.” What point are you trying to make with this parable?
@@michaelrhodes1981 Just reposting your earlier (deleted) reply for context: "it's odd that a sola scriptura follower would need to ask this question. Do you know what yeast is? Do you know who the woman is? Do you know what the 3 measures of flour are? No, no you don't. Thank you for proving the incoherence of your theology by your ignorance." #1 - 2 Timothy 3:16 does not teach sola scriptura! But Paul does say, "So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the *traditions* that you were taught by us, either by *our spoken word* or by our letter" (2 Thessalonians 2:15).
@ryanesau8147 you don't know what traditions Paul is or isn't talking about. We do, however, know much of it from his other letters. See, for example, 1 Corinthians 11 :23.
@@ryanesau8147 that's much of it, but probably not all of it. There were definitely traditions about worship that Paul did not write in his letters. See 1 Corinthians 11 :24.
#7. Prayers for the dead. The Protestant assumption is that when people die, they either go straight to heaven (and don't need our prayers) or they go straight to hell (where our prayers won't do them any good). But the Bible says, "If anyone's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire" (1 Corinthians 3:15). Does that happen instantaneously? The Bible doesn't say. We pray for such people.

I’ll take a stab at the first one…2 Timothy 3:16 says All Scripture, not Scripture Alone…huge difference…also, Peter was given Authority clearly by Christ in scripture…”keys to the kingdom”…and throughout the scriptures geneologies are used to denote succession…and all Popes have suceeded the Apostle Peter…
This man has an awesome gift! He knows exactly how to talk to people and keep them listening. Bless you sir, for doing God’s work so wonderfully well. May you be a blessing to many many lost souls. I once was one, a Roman Catholic, filled with lies and doubt and hopelessness. Now I am born again and ardently waiting for the return of Jesus! ❤
It’s sad to see so many Catholics misled by Ray Comfort and false doctrines. For one thing, if you eliminate 7 books of the Bible (wherein lies the explanation for purgatory by the way as well as prayers for the dead which go hand in hand), then you already create a big problem. If we take the verse from Exodus as an injunction against statues and icons, then God disobeyed Himself by ordering that the ark of the covenant have two cherubim on top of it (Exodus 37:7-9), or the decoration of Solomon’s temple with pomegranates, etc (1 Chron. 28:6, 2 Chron. 3) We also have to question why God, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8) would command priestly intercession for sins in the Old Testament (Leviticus 4) and then proscribe it in the New Testament. With regard to Papal Infallibility, every Christian believes in a similar doctrine but many won’t admit it. They believe that their pastor or their denomination’s founder got it all right and if they don’t believe that, why do they belong to that sect? But Matthew 16:18-19 is when our Lord founded His Church and gave the keys of the kingdom to Peter, the first Pope. As regards Mary, Elizabeth said it herself after praising Mary: “And how does this happen to me,that the mother of my Lord should come to me?” (Luke 1:41-43) I don’t recall what other points were made by Ray but I assure all Catholics and anyone else in this comment section, Catholicism is true and has much stronger explanations for these practices and beliefs than a RUclips comment section would permit. If he is confident in his positions, I would encourage him to debate or dialogue with a knowledgeable Catholic such as Trent Horn for instance.
Do not cast your pearls in front of swine--they will only trample them underfoot. Mathew 7:6. If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town. Matthew 10:14. I dont know why this topic always gets so deep into my brain. I was raised under pastor Chuck smith until i grew older and found a baptist church in Brea, CA. As I grew older still, ive done so many deep dives into the scripture, trying to learn all that i can. Lately, a lot of Catholic apologists have been going through my feed and it's hard because they are so great in some aspects of spreading the faith. It has lead me to do deeper dives into the actual history of Christianity and you would be wrong to say Catholicism didn't play a major role in advancing the kingdom. However, whenever i talk with Catholics about the questionable doctrines such as mary worship, resacrificing christ every day, etc, the amount of handwaving away these concerns just lights something off inside of me. "The earliest church fathers believed this.." or "well the fathers you criticize as wrong are also the ones who canonized the bible." It just seems to me that in many ways, catholicism and protestantism cant both be true, but i see an abundance of converts going both ways. In some aspects, i find myself asking if im just being rebellious against institutions or if im really correct in believing what I do. In a lot of ways, i wish we had more writings and hard evidence from the apostles. I cant wait till Jesus clears all this up
Could I suggest you read the Gospel according to St Luke, chapter 1, from around verse 25, it is here Hail Mary, full of Grace, The Lord is With thee, Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus comes from. In particular it satisfies the condition of Luke 11:27-28 as it is clear Mary had heard the Word of God and had kept it.

He never called them back and said "Hey I didn't mean it literally."
“I am the living bread that came down from heaven.
"It is the *spirit* that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life"

You should research "transubstantiation".
God is a spirit: and *they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth*

JESUS PROMISES EVERLASTING FOOD:
"Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you" (John 6:27).
JESUS RE-EMPHASIZES THE EVERLASTING FOOD:
"I am the BREAD of life" (Jn 6:35).
WAS JESUS TALKING ABOUT SYMBOL?:
"THIS BREAD, which I will give for the life of the world, IS MY FLESH” (Jn 6:51).
"this is My BLOOD OF THE NEW COVENANT, which is shed for many for the remission of sins" (Matt. 26:28).
Did Christ shed a symbolic blood for our sins? Was a symbolic Lamb slaughtered on the cross?
JESUS FULFILS HIS PROMISE OF GIVING THE WORLD AN EVERLASTING FOOD [by transforming perishable food into an everlasting life-giving food, His Body/Flesh]:
“Take and eat; this is My BODY” (Matt. 26:26; Mark 14:22; Luke 22:19).
JESUS COMMANDS THEM TO CONTINUE WHAT HE JUST DID (transform perishable food into an everlasting life-giving food, His Body/Flesh) AS OFTEN AS THEY GATHER TO CELEBRATE HIS DEATH AND RESURRECTION:
"do this in remembrance of Me” (Luke 22:19; 1 Cor. 11:25).
PAUL ADMONISHES CORINTHIAN CHRISTIANS FOR ABUSING THIS EVERLASTING FOOD:
"whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord IN AN UNWORTHY MANNER will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord" (1 Cor.

It's Satan who twists God's words in Genesis 3!
The first question Satan asks Eve in Genesis 3:1 is: "Did God really say...?"
It's FALSE doctrines and FALSE religions which are esoteric by nature.
Do you believe that you need to be Baptised to be saved?

Has Ray ever debated a Catholic? If he knows what he's talking about, why not?
Does not matter about your question. And according to all he is saying, he definitely knows what he is saying, because everything he is saying is the GOD-SPOKEN GOD-BREATHED WORD OF GOD.
The Bottom line is: Why not engage respectfully and with relevant knowledge? Is this too much to ask?

Catholic Conversion Stories hosted by Megan
You people are soaking it all up like candy. Licking it right off the sucker stick! You will be horrified when y0u find out soon the catholic church is the body of christ and ypu don't even understand. And are missing out n so much Beauty. Jesus did not say hey wait I'm jok8ng come back when the people in the bible knew he meant literally his body and blood. He asked his disciples if they were gonna leave too.
It was the catholic church put bible together
And there are 27 books in prodestant bible not catholic bible because prodestants too out 7 books cux they didn't like them. Cux they didn't understand them. But yet they believe the bible is divinely written by the holy spirit. But then that means they contradict themselves cuz the holy spirit does not make mistakes but yes that's what you are saying if you think they needed to be taken out

Very timely Ray, I do street preaching in my local area, and it seems as though I may have some Catholic friends with a booth who will be doing outreach in the same public square regularly. Had a discussion with a woman from them yesterday and as usual I don’t think I did as well as I should have. Regardless, may God bless your ministry!

You will always come up short in conversation with a well catechized Catholic who is scripturally sound and theologically learned. They have the fullness of the Faith handed down by the apostolic Church
I was born catholic and I’m now a disciple of the Lord Jesus and making other disciples on my journey with Jesus 24/7 I received my free gift of forgiveness and salvation and eternal life on the 24/10/1986 by calling on Jesus directly for forgiveness and salvation and eternal
I was raised Catholic, now Im born again and actually have a relationship with Jesus ❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
amen praise God 👏 🙌 🙏 hallelujah
I’m a Catholic and have a relationship with CHRIST, not only that, but I receive HIS Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in The Eucharist,
The Israelites complained of The Manna GOD gave them and murmured against GOD, JESUS said “I AM The Bread which came down from Heaven, and this is The Bread which I give to the world, MY Flesh” “and the Jews murmured saying “how can This MAN give us HIS Flesh to eat”” they did not receive CHRIST, Catholicism is the fullness of Christianity, you just gotta inform yourself more
And it is good that you are born again, but there is more to discover
There was nothing to stop you from having a relationship with Jesus. I am Catholic, I have a relationship with jesus that is stronger than ever.
You were born again at baptism & Christ was more present in the Mass than any rock n roll church service, ijs
I would like to see a debate with you vs Tim Staples or Jimmy Aiken
That would be great, but he wouldn’t dare do it
Totally agree. I little different from the “average “ person on the street
Thank you Lord for this young lady. Thank you for what God has taught me through her about Your love. I lift her up and also for that young man. You are infinitely wise and know our struggles and our hearts. Thank you Lord.
This is such a wonderful video. Wow, the gospel truly is the power of God to salvation
So if I read the Bible and interpret it myself why should I learn others interpretation?
I am a Catholic and a sinner, I also trust in the words of Christ and the Bible. I also know that God loves me, but not my sins, and wants me to be with him...
I legit just got out of work 2 hours ago after having a talk with my Catholic boss about religion. He’s a very kind dude and enjoys talking about Catholicism, but the moment I asked how saints can hear multiple prayers, he freaked out and said “well I guess I’m going to hell since I pray to saints!!!”
It’s very fascinating that this video basically got posted the moment I finished my discussion.
@@xamurai00 please consider. Catholism is not of God, I know what I am saying, please don't appeal to tradition or what you were born into or what you think is true. I was also born into Hinduism but I now believe in the true and only Son. As I said earlier, Roman Catholism is apostate.

➨ INTERCESSION of the SAINTS: REV 5 v 8... 8
When he took it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each of the elders held a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the holy ones.
9
They sang a new hymn: "Worthy are you to receive the scroll and to break open its seals, for you were slain and with your blood you purchased for God those from every tribe and tongue, people and nation.
What act of Love are Christians told to do for one another Pray for one another
Rev18: 19-24 What’s the reaction to those in heaven… To the destruction Of Babylon On earth if they aren’t made aware of what’s happening on earth.
Why does he say this
“Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven.
What does that mean the Angles are assigned to these children to watch over them and pray for them. They go before the father and Intercede for them .
How do Angles know what is taking place on earth Angles are not Omniscient God thru the Holy Sprit reveals it to them they don’t have to be Omniscient.
Luke 15:7
I tell you, in just the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance.
How can People in heaven rejoice over someone coming to repentance? If they’re not aware of their repentance. Now since Mary and the Saints are In heaven are they aware of their repentance and rejoice. Those in Heaven must be aware of what’s happening on Earth.
Luke 15:10
In just the same way, I tell you, there will be rejoicing among the angels of God over one sinner who repents." Those in Heaven must be aware of what’s happening on Earth

I looked again and heard the voices of many angels who surrounded the throne and the living creatures and the elders. They were countless 5 in number,

Great job Ray! ❤
God bless you Ray!
God bless you all in Jesus name!
Does Ray's lack of charity and distortions about the Catholic faith reveal anything?

If you are truly born again, you won't remain a Catholic because the doctrine of regeneration isn't taught by the Catholic Church/Catholicism. Your "born again Catholic" title puts me in mind of Galatians 3:1-3. If you are born again, why would you want to remain in the Catholic Church/Catholicism where idolatry is so prevalent and part of their worship? No, you would want no part of this; you would "come out from their midst and be separate" (2 Corinthians 6:14-17).
@@jameswitt645 What part of regeneration is not taught by the Catholic church?
A major cause of depression is constantly eating low nutrient foods, especially the lack of B vitamins.
Most people are ignorant of nutrition.
Eat only nutrient-rich foods and take nonsynthetic supplements.
Makes sense especially if we take western food culture at hand.
The Council of Trent Canon 32 States "If any one saith, that the good works of one that is justified are in such manner the gifts of God, as that they are not also the good merits of him that is justified; or, that the said justified, by the good works which he performs through the grace of God and the merit of Jesus Christ, whose living member he is, does not truly merit increase of grace, eternal life, and the attainment of that eternal life, ...and also an increase of glory; let him be anathema."
We do not earn grace, we do not earn salvation, we do not merit salvation or grace, we do not deserve grace thus it being grace, and we do not deserve salvation or eternal life. It is a gift. Ephesians 2:8-9 says "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- 9 not by works, so that no one can boast."
We can not boast because we do not earn nor deserve eternal life. Catholics can never know if they will go to Heaven because they think they have to do good works to go to Heaven and they think they merit grace and eternal life. But it is a gift of God as Ephesians 2:8-9. We can know we have eternal life. 1 John 5:13.
(Credit to Ray Comfort for the formula)
This is the Gospel: The Gospel means the Good news.

“ . . . if they [men] were not born again in Christ, they would never be justified, since in that new birth there is bestowed upon them, through the merit of His passion, the grace by which they are made just . .
He laid down the conditions of salvation thus: "He that believeth and is baptized," said the Son of the Living God, "shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be condemned" (Luke 16:16). Here, then, Our Blessed Lord laid down the two conditions of salvation: Faith and Baptism. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be condemned - or is damned
Catholics not Born again Justin who died for his faith said in 151 A.D.
“As many as are persuaded and believe that what we [Christians] teach and say is true . . . are brought by us where there is water and are regenerated in the same manner in which we were ourselves regenerated.
Why don't you read the catechism?
Owe Him everything including the Bible, right…
History shows us that Jesus didn't leave us a bible, the apostles didn't tell us which books belong in the bible, the church fathers never agreed on the 27 books of the NT through the 4th century, not only did they not agree but their list of would-be NT canons were GROWING during this time.
And they are caused by an imbalance in the chemicals in my brain.
Ray knows that Jesus can heal anyone inside & out, if you're a Christian, you will believe it too
@@Linda-qw5lk @ChristiEnlightenment
I’m very strong in my faith. However, spreading medical falsehoods will only do more damage to those who need professional help. Some people have conditions that are malfunctions in the body’s hormones. It’s not something that can be fixed through prayer and faith.
Amen. Come boldly before the throne.
I need to share this with my Catholic family members!
I'm always believe the Catholic Church is the Church of Jesus Christ.
It is church if God

King James Version
47 Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!

@@michaelrhodes1981 hi Michael. Can you explain to me how Mathew 13:33 is the will of His Father to assist the Holy mother? I'm genuinely interested in how that came about.
Matthew 13:33 KJV
Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
Matthew 13:33
He told them another parable. “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven that a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened.”
What point are you trying to make with this parable?
@@michaelrhodes1981 Just reposting your earlier (deleted) reply for context:
"it's odd that a sola scriptura follower would need to ask this question. Do you know what yeast is? Do you know who the woman is? Do you know what the 3 measures of flour are?
No, no you don't. Thank you for proving the incoherence of your theology by your ignorance."
Your tone feels terribly uncharitable. I and the commenter above me are simply asking you to clarify what you intended to show by quoting Matthew 13:33, which I would request again.
For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven
Mary as the first Person To say Yes to Gods plan for redemption
Mary Was the First person to say thy will Be done
Mary thru who the WORD was made Flesh😍😍

#1 - 2 Timothy 3:16 does not teach sola scriptura! But Paul does say, "So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the *traditions* that you were taught by us, either by *our spoken word* or by our letter" (2 Thessalonians 2:15).
The traditions he’s talking about are becoming born again in spirit and follow Jesus …not Pharisees traditions
@ryanesau8147 you don't know what traditions Paul is or isn't talking about. We do, however, know much of it from his other letters. See, for example, 1 Corinthians 11 :23.
@ yes you do know what traditions Paul was speaking about by reading the rest of his writings
@@ryanesau8147 that's much of it, but probably not all of it. There were definitely traditions about worship that Paul did not write in his letters. See 1 Corinthians 11 :24.
@ dude just read Roman’s. he’s not talking about religious traditions context once again … let me ask are you RC?
That young lady broke my heart. Luke 9:62
Been a recovering Catholic for over 40 years. I am born again. Thank you Lord Jesus.

Are you implying that Roman Catholicism is filled with lies ? or you yourself were once a Catholic filled with lies ?
God bless you over and over and over again Ray Comfort!!
As regards Mary, Elizabeth said it herself after praising Mary: “And how does this happen to me,that the mother of my Lord should come to me?” (Luke 1:41-43)
I don’t recall what other points were made by Ray but I assure all Catholics and anyone else in this comment section, Catholicism is true and has much stronger explanations for these practices and beliefs than a RUclips comment section would permit. If he is confident in his positions, I would encourage him to debate or dialogue with a knowledgeable Catholic such as Trent Horn for instance.
Lol funny how no one's responding to your comment. Amen brother.
Do not cast your pearls in front of swine--they will only trample them underfoot. Mathew 7:6. If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town. Matthew 10:14. It is most apparent that whoever the author of the above statement is , he is not open to any teaching but his own.
The comments of previous Catholics in this thread and for 30 years of testimonies of people I know personally leaving the Catholic Church and finding Jesus and transforming their lives like they never ever would have in catholic beliefs! Sorry to tell you ! You got religion! You need Jesus to help you just pray to God for eyes to see And ears to hear it’s that simple! Jesus is the only mediator between us and God ! God bless you!
Catholicism teaches false doctrine, another gospel.
Galatians 1:8
“But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.”
You should be saddened about the 40.000 different Protestant Gospels then
@@petros-petraThere are not thousands of denominations or gospels. The true, original gospel is in I Corinthians 15. Jesus Christ has done the one work that was necessary to reconcile all mankind to God. Like the thief on the cross, all anyone needs to do is repent and put their faith in what Jesus has done for them.
May God be with you all! ✝️
Bible - King James Version (KJV)
Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
"The earliest church fathers believed this.." or "well the fathers you criticize as wrong are also the ones who canonized the bible."
It just seems to me that in many ways, catholicism and protestantism cant both be true, but i see an abundance of converts going both ways.
@@BensWorkshop I was actively rereading Luke when I started doing a deep dive into Mariology. Unfortunately I have only been more strengthened in belief that Catholics are outright wrong on this.

Sacred Scripture is only part of God's revelation
I actually had been evangelized by my traditional catholic neighbor. I met with her and showed her all the scriptures that contradicted the catholic teachings. But her strong belief that the traditions of the church were the way the first church was according to the church fathers, kept her from seeing the light. Heartbreaking.
