A bit of context: This was in Spain, Eduardo, the bigger guy is a professional MMA fighter, and the smaller guys are stickers, almost no grappling between those 3, that's way they didn't went for submissions or knew how to take him down, and this event is meant to have crazy fights, there was a 5 vs 1 (not at the same time, one after the other), there was a 2 vs 2 and an insane women bare knuckle fight as well.

The smallers ones had enough level to fight in low level pro fights. They weren’t shitty. Nobody thought Eduardo could win, not even him.
And they had a decent strategy in the 1st round.
What Eduardo did was titanic
Still impressive he mange to choke/tap dudes out when they were hitting him in the head at the same time. Just shows that what most people say about jujutsu being useless in a fight with multiple attackers isn’t always true. Tho I would never pull gourd in a street fight cause I don’t want get stomped in the head lol.

Eduardo is a retired Pro MMA Fighter, Light Heavyweight and the others were amateurs with about 155 pounds each coming from other disciplines like K1, Taekwondo, Boxing.
Do you think the skill levels were appropriate given the numbers?

@@Ziggyvu that was the idea initially, they knew that by putting 3 MMA fighters he'd most likely lose and probably get hurt, even if they're amateur, somehow they had to find a way that's possible for both parts to win.

You said the guy shooting for a td the whole time was useless but if you really think about it he was keeping him stationary keeping his legs occupied where his buddies could attack. Harder to generate any power can’t move and you make an easier target
in an ideal situation if u know karate, tai kwon do or shaolin kung fu , you can pull off a flying kick for first guy then roll tumble and up kick 2nd guy in groin, then third guy u can grapple with how u see fit.
