Killers & victims come in all different forms. Although most adults could be described as quite - they get up & go to work, come home, have tea, watch TV & go to bed, etc. Most adults aren't loud, partying teenagers who never grew up, going to the pub every night watching live bands, getting plastered, eg. I'm quite & keep to myself, the few people I do associate with are also quite, my neighbours are all quite - should I be scared, or others be scared?

The Toy Box Killer was ultimately sentenced to 224 years in prison. As for Jesse Ray, she received a sentence of nine years. Cindy Hendy was given 36 years in prison. Both were released early - and they walk free today.
David Parker Ray died of a heart attack on May 28, 2002, not long after his life sentence began. He was 62 years old at the time of his death.
Though several years have passed since then, authorities are still working to connect the Toy Box Killer to his many suspected murder victims.

Some factual errors, but you're not alone. Kelly Garrett was brought home by David Parker Ray, but her husband and mother inlaw wouldn't let her in because they belived that she had partyed and possible cheated. Later, when the story unfolded the mother inlaw recognized David as the man who drove her home that day. She put two and two togheter and if i remember correctly she was the one who tipped FBI about the tattoo from the footage they released.
Another error is that you falsely claim Cynthia Vigil Jaramillo was inside the toybox. She wasn't. Infact the night before she escaped, Cindy Hendy said that "tomorrow he is going to take you to the toybox" or words to that affect. She was terrified and could hardly sleep. Before David Parker Ray went to work on the morning of the escape day he said "when i get home i'm taking you to the toybox". That scared her so much so she knew she had to escape or die inside the toybox.
Anyway, props for getting "new" material. I've haven't heard those parts of the tape before or the interview snippets + some video footage. So you must have resources, which is good. That might also mean that the full tape still exists and possible might be released in full in the future. Since the transcript is public there is no need to keep the tape secret imo. They should let all evidence/material go public. DPR is dead and can't be charged. If that happened the public might offer some insight/ideas where he might have put the bodies.

An FYI to women everywhere-There is a way to break handcuffs without a key. It doesn't work by strength, but by leverage. There's a video from a Air Force SERE instructor on RUclips that teaches you how. All women should watch that video. It won't work on military handcuffs. It will work on police issue handcuffs though.

The fact Cythia wasn’t giving the cocktail to have her memory erased most likely means they were going to kill her, Kelly was giving a cocktail where she didn’t remember anything until police went and talked to her than a few memories came back, David actually took her home and said he found her wondering around, her husband believed she was with another man and kicked her out the house that same day, she went to a friends house and than to police, her husband divorced her. I hate when they leave out good parts of the stories. Tell viewers how her life was ruined, and that pig of a daughter who was just as guilty as her father got off, and David didn’t give them a body or anything, he just admitted to police he kidnapped the two women, his daughter didn’t make the deal her damn father did, he got a deal to spare his daughter from prison/jail, makes no sense whatsoever, they already knew he was guilty of that, he had to go to trial bc he pleaded not guilty, so why did he get a deal? He should’ve had to give up bodies, for me it’s disgusting what these ppl did in giving her a pass, and letting David basically make the deal of the century, without his daughters help Kelly would’ve never been a victim, she drugged kelly and then took Kelly to her dad, I’ll never understand why prosecutors make these deals and get nothing in return. They knew he was guilty why did they need him to say it, he only admitted to it after being found guilty.
