This is my everyday routine. I do this 1-2 times a day.
I use the gentle brush 2-3 times a week
The exfoliating brush-1-2x a week
My fingers in-between
Mud Mask or Bentonite Clay 2x a month
I do not refrigerate my aloe vera juice(but you can if you want to)
Inside story:
I went to Dominican Republic for 1 week without my spin brush. While i was there i only used my hands to massage my skin. When i got back home and went back to my routine and used my spin brush, my spin brush was BLACK! i could not believe how much dirt my face collected in 1 week. While in DR, I was still washing my face but only using my hands. I LOVE SPIN BRUSH. i will never leave it at home again lol

+Ashley _ Dalusma Lily of the Valley carries both a gel and a juice that is certified organic, and all natural. It's potent and fresh, too, and I've seen a great reduction in my dark marks from using it. They're almost all gone, and they were all over my cheeks. (Using Aloe Vera is a holistic approach, so expect to put in work if you want the Aloe Vera to work.)
Use it in combination with an exfoliant. I use oatmeal, which is super moisturizing and gentle for sensitive skin + Green Tea clay (used once a week) as my detoxifier (Evan Healy carries the best Green tea clay I've ever come across; Mountain Rose Herbs is also amazing if you're a economical person (They have EVERYTHING; it's amazing 😍), and plus side? Both companies are certifield organic! You might want to invest in a moisturizer, but sadly, I don't use moisturizers since my skin is doing great these days without it. Evan Healy DOES carry facial moisturizers, though, if you're interested. 😊

Thanks this really helped! I just learned last year that if you apply eye cream with your ring finger it is less heavy than any other finger. Therefore keeping the eye from damage.

You should try oil cleansing for oil control and see how that works for you, it def cut down on my oil production!

Yes and overall it helps brighten the skin... When i don't use it my skin looks dull (in my opinion)

3. The little pamplet that came inside suggested that you cleanse your face before exfoliating, so last night I used the cleansing brush before I used the exfoliating brush. But what is the real difference between the two? Why does it matter which one you use first?

Definitely refrigerate your aloe Vera juice. I used mine for a toner too and then I accidentally left mine out and it got moldy.

Ce ne sont pas que les "noirs d'amerique " je vis en france et jai le même type de cheveux qu'elle. Toutes les personnes avec des cheveux crépus ont des boucles/frisottis mais la taille dépend de chaque personne. ;)

Les cheveux crépus ont des boucles, ça dépend de la façon dont tu entretiens tes cheveux. Plus tu en prends soient plus tes boucles seront belles et définies. Il se peut aussi que tu ne vois pas tes boucles parce que tu peignes tes cheveux, j'ai ignoré en avoir jusqu'à mes 15ans à cause de ça. J'espère t'avoir éclairer 😊
