Thanks I was going to add Black to my collection but I do get bored easily. I have airblade and I think that was probably a fair review. Burnout 3 is amazing with the logitec pro wheel. Any ps2 ranking games video will get my thumbs up.

Played Burnout Revenge for the first time about a week ago, and it was a huge surprise -- when I found out I could just plow through cars on the highway and extend the timer, I couldn't stop laughing for 5 minutes, I was having so much fun. I just started seriously collecting PS2 games, and it's awesome to discover great games I'd ignored at the time. Loved the video!
I remember being ranked 30th in the world for about a week on Burnout revenge, Xbox live had just taken off and I would run home from work just to jump in and hold my rank! That's what I don't like about the newer open world version. Learning those tracks and where the public cars sat on each lap was really satisfying giving you a good advantage over the competition.

Great list MJ. For me its difficult, i love the Burnout series, but i'd put Black at the top. Played that game so many times! Everything about Black is so well done. The graphics were ahead of its time, and the game has aged so well. The guns, the characters, and the story are so good. And of course how could i forget about the tremendous work on the Soundtrack performed by Hollywood Studio Symphony Orchestra along with Michael Giachino. It was a dream come true. Actually in Burnout 3 crash mode, if you press the brake button and then press the accelerate button you will do a burnout and then before the go count you will earn a small chunk of boost by pressing the accelerate button again, so in Burnout Revenge i think that's where they get the idea to use the boost meter instead of a regular start like in Burnout 3
