Vehicles have no markings so perhaps surplus EAD (Excess Defense Articles) heading from Fort Liberty, NC or Ft Stewart, GA to Red River Depot in TX for reset (rebuild) possibly for US DOD or refurb order on Dec-30-2023 of units for UAE.
